If you're choosing a place to stay in Chennai, maybe keep this one as your 'break-glass-in-case-of-emergency' option."

Very bad ,night shift manager not loyal and honest to the customer,he is selling booked rooms to other customer with higher price. By this we had been fooled and waited till (11 PM to 12.30 AM), with my whole family ,the night shift manager is not responding well and answered to us like I have not booked any roomed in the hotel but they have called us and they sent their QR code to make the payment and they deleted all histories which we called them and massages please don't go there very poor poor and fit for nothing useless hotel

1. There were cockroaches on the bed. We informed front desk and asked them to clean. They didn't. 2. There were no towels provided in the room. We had to request. 3. The lift was not working for two days. They kept giving excuses. 4. We asked for a water bottle from the front desk which they told will deliver it to room and it took more than an hour. 5. We were randomly informed we had to check out in the morning when the rooms were clearly pre-booked by our host for two nights. No coordination among the staff whatsoever. Zero management. Zero cleanliness. Zero customer service. Please don't ever book this hotel for any purpose.

1. Room service was pathetic. They didn't even provide water bottles even after multiple calls. 2. After cleaning also the rooms were smelly. No proper lighting. 3. Booked hall for a party hosting. No proper ventilation provided. The event organisers were completely cheating. Alloted buffet were not provided properly. Desserts were hidden under the table and not served to any of the guests. Never seen this type of frauds in any hotel. Starting from reception to the house keeping complete cheats. One of the organizer name is meenakshi. She was literally closing her ears when we asked how are we supposed to provide food for our guests when all the food were hidden under the table and kitchen. The event organizers blackmailed the compiring person to ask for extra cost from us for which the vj denied and was forced to pay money from her pocket. I recommend not even to think of this hotel evn for a single night. The floor corridors are also so greasy.

Worst room worst service worst management un clearness of suit room for breakfast they make 2 hours for tea 1hour all staff very worst only action but no work very worst in receiptioni went down i told there is no electricity in room i will come and check but it's makes fully just coming going it's very worst service so please take care of your management i have lot say

need to improve food taste. aksed for hot water to drink but they were not able to provide me hot water. restaurant staff told me that the hot water machine is not working.

Food are very good taste. Arrangements are good and staff are very receptive. Femina has arranged the events and well coordinated. She is so receptive, humble and more kind. Her follow up is really appreciated.
