Hotel Santhi Bhavan

1.Room is good but not worth of 1600 for single person(Price is high). 2.Wifi was not working 3.For soap needs to call trice to reception 4.Receptionists is rude the way he talk to customer (Very bad).

Rooms are nice to stay and near to central but the price just varies booked for 1500 but they billed for 1650 and receptionist is very rude by the way even smile when we got smile not cooperative put some one who give a pleasant face person in reception.

Bad hotel. Charges are very high according to the qulity of the room. The rooms are small. The service is not good. There is a not clarity of bill ,This manager works only to steal money

Bad Experience in Hotel, I suggest to everyone do not book and come in to hotel, Manager language is very worst.Money is more comparatively than rooms. Rooms Are Very Bad......Poor Service....

Rooms are too small & not so. Clean. Restaurant is more or less good. There is no calarity of bill.

We stayed couple of days with family in the hotel. Very first day was able to do check-in somewhere around 8PM, informed receptionist about check-out extension till 2 PM as have train at 3:35PM. He simply denied with reason " have booked via online app" and can't be extended. Services - no smoking allowed was one of your major service I believe - but smoking is allowing in every room but staff is not even caring that, it's quite disgusting to family customers. Location- it is pretty near to Chennai Central, easily accessible.

Very rude staff behaviour, requested one hour early check-in but they denied.

If you want asanthi then take stay at Santhi bhawan(I don't think problem in management but only in the reception staff), here are my experiences on my 5 days stay Firstly as I'm was a patient and staying with my 6 months kid they never provided hot water but they provide only after multiple follow-ups. Secondly the for every thing like room cleaning service, food services we need to follow up minimus 4-5times or need to wait 1-2 hrs even after service/order request. (1 day they not even cleaned our room) For one cup of Tea they waited me for 1hr 30mins and finally I came to know that reception people forget to inform it to kitchen. No proper mobile signals and they not provided proper Wi-Fi The team at reception never listen to us. My Suggestion to the management please train reception staff properly or change them immediately, because of them your brand value is spooling.
