HOTEL SAI KRISH GRAND

I had an 8 hour layover in Chennai landing at 2am. This place was a Godsend. They picked me up from the airport, drove to the hotel (5 minutes) and drove me back to the airport. I had a hot shower and slept in a cool air conditioned room that was surprisingly quiet (or maybe I was so exhausted I slept through whatever noise there may have been). There was a wake up call. Staff were friendly and helpful. Could not have been an easier experience. And $40 USD.

I booked room For my Friend Family.. Fully Satisfied with Their hygiene and Breakfast.. One Of the Best Receptionist Mr.Surya , he was Very humble & good Customer service ... Keep it up It's Very near for Chennia airport

The rooms are well cleaned,the service is also good except the food is a little pricey . It will be so good if they have proper steps.

I had booked a room in this hotel,due to some family issue I couldn't go to the place. When I had asked the advance amount the management agreed to pay but it has been more than 12 days but still not returned the amount. From the day they had agreed to pay me back till this date there is no single day without me asking to pay me my advance amount.There is no response from their side. So worst

Worst stay ever. The toilets were very dirty, and the towels were unclean. I was charged an extra 1200 INR (50% of the booking fee) just for checking in 4 hours early. I asked for toast, but instead of 4 pieces, I received only 3. When I asked to the waiter, they said they ran out of bread, even though the menu clearly stated that there should be 4 slices per order. During checkout, when I pointed this out, they claimed that they adjusted the bill because the menu in the room reflected old prices, and I was charged based on those rates. Then if the menu had old rates why was it there in the room. Overall, it was a really bad experience.

Stayed on 3 sharing basis. Our room was of decent size but not good. Had stains on walls. The moment we entered in the room, we found cockroaches all over bed side. While chatting with them while booking they said, will get extra bed, but actually got very very bad matress which was not even half inch thick. It was very very uncomfortable. Bathroom had broken fixtures. What we like is staff which was courteous and polite. Breakfast had decent enough options. Food was good. Hotel is bit inside, but if you find the way it's actually 5-6 mins walkable distance from railway station. And 2 mins from highway. .

Disclaimer - THIS ISN'T A PAID REVIEW The hotel is located inside a gully where the rickshawala lives, so kindly don't expect a great outside view. Food was good, cheap and fresh as compared to hotels which claim to have fresh food. For PER NIGHT room was CHARGED around 2550 and it was an okay room if you just wish to keep your stuff in the room and roam around the city.

Last night we stay but forcefully checkout at early morning without any excuse even not listening what we said to receptionist and we vacat the room family with children this room not good to stay with family
