There is no value for money no TV, AC not working properly lot of cockroaches in the room, no room service, full of dust in the location

Worst ever... Not responsible staffs ... Especially the receptionist named Mohan... Very negligent

Dear OYO Customer Support, I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent booking experience at [SAI ENCLAVE] through OYO. Despite having a confirmed booking for 3 days, totaling Rs. 2000, the receptionist refused to honor the reservation. Upon arrival with my family, I was asked to pay Rs. 4000 for 1.5 days, which is significantly higher than my original booking amount. This is unacceptable, especially since the hotel uses the OYO platform to attract customers and then denies valid booking.

I booked this O Sai Enclave through Makemytrip.When I travelled all the way to this hotel.(I.E) 2 km away from the main road. I reached there by 11.30pm at almost midnight. They denied check-in through some X person over the phone. As directed by the room boy turned receptionist I was asked to contact Makemytrip to get a refund. Although Makemytrip executives helped me to find a better property the inconvenience caused by the O Sai Enclave is unexplainable. Thankfully the friend who dropped in the hotel waited for me to check whether I have a smooth check-in else I would have slept in the streets.People call the property before checkin. If they don't answer cancel the booking immediately. Don't walk-in blindly based on 5-Stars.

Worst experience, 1300rs money waste... AC room but AC is not working, tv is not there, bed bugs, lot of mosquitoes. Informed them, but no respons. Please do think before you book.

A good budget hotel... Front desk guys helped me a lot and very much flexible.... Had an urgent concall... Hotel staffs helped me with a quick drop by room, since there is no meeting place in this hotel. I really admire their service for the hotel of this size. Small and compact room for a compact family. Recommended for a quick pitstop .... covered Car parking is limited to one or two; but open car parking is available though. relatively, an Overall a four is well deserved.

Checked in around 3 pm. found everything in order. 2 good queen size beds, fresh coffee and cookies always available in the hall. We did take a dip in the large very nice pool around 10 pm. Nobody there. Hot tub worked fine as well. After a good night sleep we enjoyed a great breakfast with made to order omelets and all kinds of fresh fruit, great assortment of breads, juice and all on breakfast and with solid silverware.

We booked the premium room few days before checkin and tried to checkin at 4:30am, person at reception dont have any information about our booking and directly said no room available. We had argue and make him understand about the online booking. No hot water in the premium room.
