Pro - good service. In-house Restaurant Ritz with unlimited tasty breakfast. Dinner options are north indian and chinese. Reception service by Mr Kannan is helpful. Restaurant service waiter group is helpful and fun. Location is best with parking options. Con - smaller rooms in the lower floors.

Good location, good price, good service, good condition. Just bathroom doors need some repair work. Wish hotel management will address that.

I stayed with my family at Hotel Rivera Purusawalkam, Chennai during last week of December 2024. The rooms were found clean, hygienic and well maintained. The service and hospitality were of top notch level. The staff was polite, prompt and went all out to ensure our stay comfortable. They have Ritz restaurant at the ground level with a cozy ambience and comfortable seating arrangements. The dishes are simply amazing and yummy, freshly cooked and served hot. We loved their kerala fish curry, king fish fry, chicken sukka, daal tadka, soft phulka and kerala parotta which were the best ever. Janardanan and David impressed us with their courteous and prompt service. The buffet breakfast was nice with sufficient spreads. We found our stay as a family very comfortable and homely. Would love to avail the facility certainly during our nest visit to Chennai. Best wishes to the management and their team.

Superb location and good food with in-house Ritz restaurant. Rooms are a little smaller but manageable and well maintained. Staff and management are helpful. Special thanks to Mr.Kannan at reception, who helped us with very reasonable taxi booking (Oola) and gave us perfect directions to places in chennai. This hotel exceeds our expectations. This hotel is located in the Poonamallee High Road (opposite to old Dasaprakash ) at Egmore. The vantage position of the hotel makes all the difference. I recently stayed here for two nights (16th & 17th Sept). It is a convenient place to stay at reasonable cost with all desired facilities. The rooms here a convenient with basic amenities such as continuous cold/hot water, comfortable centralised AC and sufficient supply of toiletries. A flask is also available in the room for storing hot waler. The room service and housekeeping were very good. The staff were very cooperative. Right from check-in till check-out we did not face any issue. The availability of a full-fledged restaurant (RITZ) on the Ground floor is very convenient. The breakfast served was very good. There were no issues to order for food at any time from the restaurant. Approach to various places from this location was excellent. The hotel has enough private parking for clients. Overall, our stay here was safe and excellent. Considering the reasonable cost and its comforts it is easily a choice for family stay. Thanks to counter supervisor Mr. Mohanavelu and Mr. Rajesh for their invaluable assistance.

I stayed there for 5 days, very good restaurant and Staff's good service.Complimentary breakfast is good and the hotel staff are very co-operate and good quality of food.Breakfast free and very good,I am comfortable stay for 5 days. 2.6km from Chennai airport.And Room are clean and very good.

The worst hovel in Chennai plz don't book this hotel this is in very bad condition and the photos which are shown in google are fake photos it is a worst hotel I have ever seen
