Hotel Rathnavel Towers Annex

I visit hotel ratnavel towers annex with my husband for meeting it is nice place to stay and staff are very kind and we had a satisfied stay in there and also had good transport facilities in there and rooms were clean and hygienic

The room service was excellent, with clean beds and a spotless bathroom. The room was equipped with a TV, AC, and hot water. The staff, especially the room boys, were very polite and helpful. The reception was also very welcoming and assisted in finding other services, making the stay extremely comfortable.

Bathroom was not clean too many cockroaches in room ac not working properly room is too small according to price... Extra bed was too smelly Only location is near by airport For price room is not worth

Worst experience... The night hotel manager does not have a stint of professionalism, treats their customers very badly, no sense of hospitality, short-tempered and a total psycho, he should be trained well or removed from the post. The rooms are charged almost double of what they are actually worth. Don't stay here if you don't want to waste your money and mental peace. Could have rated 0 stars but that was not an option. On the other hand the housekeeping staff is very helpful and good.

very bad smell coming from bathroom service is very bad i asked for coffee they brought me tea. i came to attend my friends funeral buttex balaji now after going to that tower he is coming to my funeral, i also ate dosa which tasted like dog water, full box 200

Rooms with no tv,no cable and cockroch moving around in the room.
