Hotel Raaj Grand

The window in my room couldn't be locked, so I informed the staff, and they provided me with another room. However, that room had cockroaches. I reported it again, and they moved me to yet another room, where the TV wasn't working properly, and the bedsheets were torn and reused. I'm exhausted from repeatedly reporting issues with every room. Since I arrived late at 11:30 PM, I had no choice but to adjust and stay overnight. I wouldn't recommend this hotel--it's not worth the money.

I had the worst experience with both the service and staff--they are highly unprofessional. I booked the hotel through Agoda at an offer price, and my stay was initially accepted. However, near the checkout day, they suddenly demanded additional payment. Agoda provided no proper response, leaving me in a very unsafe situation at the hotel. Overall, a terrible experience with both the hotel and Agoda.

The room was not only stylish and comfortable but also exceptionally clean. The attention to detail was evident, and the amenities provided made my stay both convenient and enjoyable. The central location of the hotel was incredibly convenient for my activities, and the staff's professionalism and responsiveness truly stood out. The culinary offerings were top-notch, adding to the overall positive impression.

Room was ok, we were asked to pay extra for just 30 mins. The person came knocking the door saying we have gone past checkout could have said before hand. That was really unnecessary. Would not recommend unless you keep your stop clock on.

Everything was neat and clean. The room was a bit small, just enough space for the double cot. But that was the purpose, we just needed a place to rest. That served our purpose very well. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking on the roadside only, but the road is very big and i didn't have any problems. There is a small restaurant downstairs named Meen satti. They have some good fish. I ended up having food there twice. The location is very convenient, metro, bus stop, restaurants all easily accessible.

I would like to add something these are charging high prices when you didn't get reservations and funny thing is they charge extra 3 percent for card swipe if you do so. Water bottles are charged 5 ruppees extra if they are chilled. Sweaty pillows and rooms are ok but for a day. Broken key holders and lamps above your head. Noisy fans and Cranky sounds from Ac. If you want to stay more than a day or something I won't suggest this hotel for 1800 plus gst around they charge 2100 ruppees. For that price you will get a better hotels at awesome places. Spring beds are here they are not good for sleep. Not spacious rooms and small cupboard for clothes. Bathroom here will get smell from below hotels cooking food and smoking cigars smell. Others you can see in the pics. No food and complementary are given. Smoking and other drinking people come and go. So I won't suggest this for family to stay. Noisy place when comes to the room as other people speak loudly here. Wifi problem is there if you want to work from here. They answer you in different tone that you will get angry. Nothing good here so better to stay away from this hotel. No parking available as it is in the road above a restaurant.

Booking here was the worst experience we had in India. We arrived at 10:30pm tired from the airport and were told on arrival that the room we booked was occupied and we could not stay there. We had booked this place specifically as it was near to the bus stop we needed at 8am the next day (walking distance). Instead, the manager had organised for us to stay at a hotel owned by the same company, 25 min drive further away. We were made to pay full price (no discounts at all), despite the inconvenience. We ended up staying at Hotel Raaj Pearl which was TERRIBLE - the bed sheets had stains on them, the room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the shower did not work very well, plus we had to wake up extra early to take a taxi back to the bus stop in the morning, which we had to pay for ourselves. Although the manager was responsive on WhatsApp, this was the worst experience we had in all of India and I would not recommend this hotel chain to anyone. I hope they can improve their service and particularly how they treat their guests in the future.

Small rooms- only 3 feet of walking space after beds. You had to ask for everything - second towel, boiler. No water, dental kit provided. AC worked, TV worked, hot water was available.
