Hotel Park Tower

Pathetic management! Their working staff has absolutely no coordination amongst them. While checking in, a staff agrees for 2-3 hours extension without payment. Next day , they wake us up early to ensure they get the money from us. On agreeing for payment, they ask for a whole day's pay from you despite you staying for 3 hours extra. If you are in Chennai and looking for a stay near Nungambakkam, Mylapore etc - this one is definitely NOT for you!! They have 0 coordination amongst themselves. Oh ya, they give you an AC room and that stupid AC doesn't work either. So get yourselves a better place to stay.

-Third class room and locality and pathetic services. -not prefer with family -Locality smells non veg due to non veg dhaba opposite to hotel. - small narrow road to connect hotel -Rooms smells of cigarette and liquor - Rooms are very dirty , hotel bathrooms ventilation dont have glass , these are open , so anybody can see from outside -no towels , soap provided by hotel , even hotel dont provide single glass of water - Pathetic services, please dont book this hotel

Worst hotel to be in .... Please avoid this hotel at all cost. Won't even give it one star Bathrooms dirty. And please don't get fooled by the 10 year old pics...

Room is good with lift facility and A/C also available and there is no parking space nearby rooms and room is located in small street near to jawahalal nehru stadium ...

OkayThe hotel authority specially the office attendants are the most well behaved personnels that I ever faced outside West Bengal. I suffered a problem with booking there through OYO but the attendants helped me in every good manner they knew. They even helped me to book another hotel on that late night. Thanks goes to them. I would like to prefer this hotel to any other hotel in Periamet, Chennai.

Rooms were too small. Ac not working.windows were out and open. Filthy rooms with pieces of the mop everywhere.

Rooms were very small. Room size was completely different than what we saw online. We can manage with friends but family it was too difficult. We took extra bed for one person in one room, and because the rooms were so small, the bed almost closed to washroom door. Because we had booked the room online we couldnt even cancel the room as we had already made the payment looking the 3d pics of the room. Staff was okay, but when we complained about the room, staff did not even care about and said we have the same rooms and said take 2 bed rooms. No hot water. Need wait until sun comes and solar gets heated. I am not sure whether even a solar was installed. We took a shower around 10 and water was warm not hot. Area was okay, little inside, but the hotel is near to main road and restaurants were near by. I strongly recommend to check the rooms in personal before booking online.
