The AC did not function properly during my stay, and I reported the issue to both the receptionist and the owner. Despite repeatedly calling the hotel owner, he did not listen to our concerns and rudely asked if we were planning to check out. Anyway Breakfast is good !

Poor Service by the booking team. No response from the reception. Card payment machine was not available. Lift was not working. Not enough parking space.WIFI was not working. Towels were not provided even after requesting. Tv was not working. Ac remote does not work.Window blinds were broken and fell down at midnight. No lights in the bathroom. No hot water.Bedsheets has blood stains. Quilts were wet and smelly. No plates will be provided to have your meal. Had a terrible experience as the Neighbours got drunk and made ruckus noise all night, the hotel management failed to even care about the noise and disturbances.

If you are thinking of staying here more than a day, this is not the right place. You will not get Hot water in time and Tap and WC Tap conditions are Bad There are TVs but with No recharge and you have to see the red screen which stays Recharge now AC Remotes and TV remotes work at time but not guarantee You need to hear what the hotel service boys and cannot depend on them for timely service Wifi Conditions will not work in all floors and rooms

I booked the stay for 8 days there since i was working from World Health Center. Location based its best just 1 minute walk and you will be in office. Service vice never ever go via that side onlyt. WORST SERVICE EVER. Once you checked in their attitude is like who the hell are you? If you want sit inside the room :- 1) You will get 1 water bottle when you check-in later its like sorry bro we don't provide it anymore 2) If we ask for plates they are like if you want plate go take from down restaurant and eat. 3) The guy sitting in reception with thr bald head have tje shittiest attitude ever, the moment we see his face will feel to slap in his face, such a rude guy with the shittiest attitude. 4) Rooms bedsheets are all stained and they give floor mat as towel. 5) Also their rates are like their mood, they will try to loot you as possible as they can, for me if they tells its 1.5k for the next guy it will be 2k 6) And they promise complimentary breakfast, what a relief, once we are there will get some crumbs of food like rats gets. 7) If we ask them for room clean, wait for 2 days if you are lucky they will come as rain and fade away. So i myself cleaned it 8) AC, NEVER think of it, it won't work 9) Ventilation is the best no airflow suffocate in the dusty room. 10) Once you checked out from hotel, Reception guy will ask you give me 50 RS or 100 RS i haven't ate any food and spam you in messages and calls aftee checkout. 11) In washroom all the utilities are damaged and won't work properly 12) Cupboards locks are damaged, Enjoy staying :)

Very nice hotel and hotel staff, and beside of their own restaurant is very helpful and rooms also very good, lot of transportation also you get near by. Worthy in that area...

I am sure if the positive reviews above are genuine, but my stay was terrible experience. The stinky smell starts from the reception / hallway, lifts, corridor and the worst are the rooms and toilets. The bed and pillow have many bugs, stained sheets and blanket. The towels are as old as the hotel torn and dirty. Walls are coated with thin layer of fungus . Zero in room service( in spite of confirming prior booking). The fun part is the whole payment to be done on day one at checking itself so that customer cannot leave. Complimentary breakfast and the dinning is a disaster, food safety and hygiene are questionable. Definitely not a worthy place for family trip / vacation/ pleasant stay. Hope this place will develop a lot on all aspects.

It was a very pleasant stay, rooms were neat and clean , staff was supportive and friendly.
