Hotel O Tiara Grand

While on a trip with my family, I happened to book a 3 person accomodation in this property. while checking in the person at reception straight away said ,"We only have double room, and we won't provide any extra mattresses, if you like it stay, else you can leave" We were ready to compromise, so I paid the room charge and they asked for identification, I told them we are not from India and didn't have aadhar, so if he could check us in with other IDs to which he gave us a long immigration rules Bshit. I wasn't informed about their rules regarding these stuffs while booking and to this date I haven't seen any property not willing to check in foreigners. Unfortunately I had paid for the room but had to search for other accommodation at 10:30 pm in the night as they turned us away. Also the day after, they were making quite a many excuses for processing my refund but fortunately I was able to get my money back.

One of the worst hotel in Chennai I booked this for 500 but I payed in app but now I checkin he asking 500 rs extra for this room Ok I pay the full money Next I go to room AC remote not working i complain to room boy that room boy coming check wait sir I will come and he go I will vacate night no he is coming back Next tv is not working but he charges TV also Next beed sheet he not provided i asked mani time but not responding Last day night i come and vacate lift is not working i have 4 bags in 3 floor room boy is manual off the lift saving current i ask no sir I checking So don't book cheep hotel in website bcz...that guys all are cheep mentality

Lousy hotel. Bedsheets were dirty. Mattress was bad. Overall bad experience. think twice staying before in this hotel.

I am booking this hotel 1 room for 1 night booking.com show 515 rupees but when I am reaching. This hotel charges 400 extra total charge 915 . Totally fraud
