Hotel O Tambaram

To be honest it is the worst hotel experience. As soon as you enter room you will suffer with suffocation of that foul smell. There are no room fresheners in the room also. Very worst cleanliness of the room. From how many years they might have kept that beds without cleaning. Lot of bed bugs and other insects. You can't even sleep properly on that bed. Ac won't work properly. Sincere advice to hotel management and oyo to keep an eye on maintenance of the room. How can someone sleep on a bed that has lot of insects and bed bugs beneath the bed. Don't book this hotel by any chance you will experience worst night experience with no proper sleep. Bathrooms are slippery. Hotel name is different on the hotel board and different on the website. No proper board to say this is the hotel on the building. Better don't choose this as your stay at Tambaram.

Booked a room through OYO for 834 online. When I called and checked the manager denied the availability of the room stating that payment should be done only direct and not through online. Through direct he asked for 1500. when I raised complaint with OYO, when they checked with the Manager saying that he never asked extra amount. Very poor behaviour by so called Manager. Who ever owns this atleast have a read and for the people I would advise not to book this hotel, behaviour was rude.

Disgusting and Unhygienic Stay - Avoid This Hotel! From the moment I entered my room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The floors were dirty, the sheets had stains, and there was a foul smell in the room. The bathroom was even worse--mold in the shower, hair in the sink, and used toiletries left behind. This hotel clearly lacks proper housekeeping standards. I do not recommend staying here unless they make serious improvements.

Not worthy at all for the amount we paid for the rooms.Most horrible customer dealings and not cleaned rooms.Bedsheet is also dirty.we are booked through online,but when we reached the hotel they make to pay extra for the room. I'm extremely disappointed

Poor maintenance. We booked through OYO, on arrival the receptionist, an ugly man said to pay double the amount of OYO and to cancel the order to get a refund. Truly disgusting behaviour from the hotel.

I booked a room using OYO app for me and went there, The person at the reception told they can't give room for single person. He asked only 2 bed room available and it needs double the booking amount. I asked them why they list their property in oyo with a price at which they can't give ot and he was giving excuses as if he don't know OYO lists the property and anything about how they does it. I contacted OYO customer care and they tried reaching out to the facility manager and he did not pick the call, even he denied to take my phone when I tried to hand over the phone with the OYO customer care person on the line. Finally all that the OYO care person could do was to cancel my booking and apologize and suggesting me to look for any other hotel options. OYO seems to have no control here Very worst experience. If you have any other hotel options around, blindly go with that. This hotel guy has already decided to work hard towards getting the hotel closed forever and we can't do anything about it

Worst experience, when I went hotel they said the amount for which I booked Will not work them and asking for double amount. And also there no board of hotel name. When I contacted customer care no proper response. Waste fellows and worst service.

Room is not hygienic. Toilet is in very bad condition than the public toilet. The reception Waiting area is very dirty. All staff are rude in behaviour. It's not suitable for staying with family's, friends and single also.
