very worst room. if you book via booking.com they will reject that and ask more money in offline. Don't choose this in any situation. Beds are with bedworm

At first it was not a hotel it was actually a lodge. Dirty rooms, stains all over the wall, soiled blankets, broken airconditioner, rusted bathroom fittings and many more. Not at all recommended for family. And not to mention the service is zilch.

1. No Hot water for bathing 2. Bed is filled with bed bugs 3. No food or tea stalls nearby 4. No service

I had checked in here on 3rd January 24. On call the receptionist shared the charge 1300 but on the counter he asked us to pay 1500. We had to do it helplessly as there were no hotels nearby to stay and this hotel took the privilege of the same. The receptionist was impolite and as we were from north India and couldn't understand Tamil, he didn't even bother to use the common language which we both understand. The room was very very basic,it looked like a pg. The bedsheets were torn, towels were dirty, AC was not working. The water in the washroom was very harsh and had a bizarre smell in it. We received one bottle of drinking water and to fill it we had to go downstairs. The hotel doesn't provide food; to get the food you either order online or walk for 10 mins. Overall not at all a good experience, we had to stay here for the location only as we had important work nearby.If you don't have a location issue then avoid booking a room here.

They asked for extra payment dont believe on What they put the amount on oyo

Very very poor servic, worst management, no maintenance room, no proper pupline, no proper response,

Firstly the manager and Oyo don't have any communication he asked for extra money than an oyo tariff. His behaviour was rude, I was standing outside in the rain with my pregnant wife till Oyo sorted the issue. I really hate the manager's behaviour. They don't give us glass for water as well. After asking they mentioned not available. As per service the room is worth 600-700 don't give more than that. Don't pay extra money, contact Oyo and the manager will agree to give you a stay in the same given amount by Oyo. The rooms were clean though. The location was a little inside from the main road, roaming at night after 9 is not advisable.
