Hotel O Ramapuram Near SRM University

It was one of the worst stay in my life in chennai, there is no proper response from staff and they didn't even clean the room after informing and one more thing water is not good, it looks like drainage water , we are unable to bath with water. Moreover they charged extra money for water bottle. If you are from Andhra pradesh you don't like it because, place is surrounded by garbage and hotel place is far away from main raid.

This place is a complete shit of uncleanliness, stains everywhere and disgusting toilets. I can't even imagine that. Don't prefer OYO anymore guys... OYO lost its reputation nowadays. And you don't get a privacy there. Very very very worst hotel I have ever stayed.

This is like third class lodge with no proper Maintainance. Washroom is worst and is not cleaned even after informing. There were no bedsheets, towels and toiletry kit provided. Place is full of alcohol and cigarette smell. The name is also different "Urban Stay". Not sure how OYO is labelling it as Company services. Worst experience with this hotel.

Scammer Alert. We booked room online through oyo. But when we reached hotel to check in we were denied checkin. Hotel management said they gave our booked room to others and they denied refund.

Hotel name changed in name board, room and bathroom are not clean, many yellow marks, broken locks, ac available but dead remote, even asked for change the battery but no response, high mosquito activity and bites.

Rooms are clean and staffs are good. But the water is very bad, it's in orange colour. Please do check the water tank at the terrace before checkin
