Very bad room with disgusting smell and stained bedsheets along with unwashed towels. Complained to the respective people but no action taken. Never recommend this to anybody who wants a proper room

Great room ,good looking but ac is just mistake and tv also not working and receptionist is too slow but room and water supply is very good I think this residency need more improvement.

Rooms not in Good condition A/c not working at all....but charging as a/c room...T.V is but can't watch not working.....Receptionist(Male) Is so arrogant I'd u have so compliant y r staying here...... Rude...Fighting with the customer......is so much attitude as if he is in 5 star hotel Receptionist

Staff behaviour is very poor also the manager is smoking wead and shouting

I cancelled the room but i didnot get refund my money

Too much mosquito can't sleep at night

Ok for a night stay. Clean room and good bathroom. Very good water heater - water got very hot in few minutes. Air conditioning is very good and very quiet. Expect to see some cockroaches and other bugs. Some external noise from Arcot road coming in during the night, but not very disturbing. No towels when we checked in, asked for it in reception twice and got only one towel for a triple bedroom. Noisy fan. No marking on the switches for light, fan, heater, etc. It's always painful not to switch on the wrong appliance in the middle of the night.
