Hotel O K V R Residency - Elite

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I booked a room through Booking.com for rs 815, including tax. When I arrived, the staff told me I had to pay rs 1200 or leave immediately. This blatant bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable and dishonest. Why does this hotel even collaborate with booking sites if they can't honor the rates? To make matters worse, the room itself was appalling. The AC was the only thing that worked, but the rest of the room was beyond filthy. The bed sheets were covered in stains, the bathroom was dirty and unhygienic, and overall, the room was in a state of neglect. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay away. The combination of deceitful pricing and deplorable room conditions made this the most terrible hotel stay I've ever had.

Beware before you book! Since it's a tie up with OYO u might get trapped! When booking online via OYO they will charge u for 700 to 800, but when u visit the hotel they will charge u basic 1250. They receptionist says 1250 is their starting price price mentioned online for their hotel in Google maps they aren't responsible. OYO will force you to pay an advance for an additional discount. Don't fall for this trap! For a triple occupancy the receptionist says all three have to sleep on a king size bed. He says King size bed is for 3 adults!

For executive and familys its the a right place to check in... Decent rooms; full facilities ; 24/7 supports... Awesome Only thing that it is feels like modern rooms in a remote village area... Accessibility for other things like transport & food we must used to say... Yaah its walkable distance

Worst hotel in Chennai based on personal experience.Booked via Goibibo but when the hotel denied the room and as per them if they give them additional 1000 they will allot the room. As per them online bookings are not as valid them. Staffs are very arogant and unprofessional ones. They don't even know the manners how to behave. NOT AT ALL RECOMMANDABLE.....

Worst staff attitude .. We have booked this room through OyO and got trapped .. this idiot in picture below treat customer like a dog and doesn't give respect and cancelled our booking also. Never ever visit this room for any occasion. Not suitable for family. He demands extra money and says they were not linked with OYO. Do not trust this underrated booking hotel and waste your time.

This place not good for family stays. It is only good for mins and hours stay.. Have swimming pool for locals and you will have more crowd always in day time. This place is no longer attached to Oyo and they only have their own customers. The staff are not friendly at all.

They charge extra as per their own tariff.. online booking is just for name sake.. its in middle of residential area hadly we have any shops nearby.. they don't have any staff to help with luggage..bad experience..!

Stay away from this hotel . They won't allow you with the amount u booked in online . They will ask extra 500 rupees. Property also very far from main road. So unfortunately u have to pay. So don't book and go to this property
