They don't even have a courtesy to call and confirm the room. Just for filling property, they quote some amount in the websites and then when you go in person, they would not even answer for your queries or customer service calls. They charge way higher than the quoted rate to the websites - 850 would have been quoted but they charge you 1500 rupees They answer rude and dnt have a hospitality to attend customers

That people are fake don't trust I fase the problem last 10/12/2024 total my famely is facing problem that type the are doing plz do book that oyo hotel romes

Worst ever experience. OYO!!! Please shut this place soon else your reputation is going down. Inspite of making full payment, when the guest reached the hotel they denied the booking. Extremely unhelpful and non accomodative in customer relations. Nothing was worthy about this place unless they care for their customers.

Don't book this place in Agoda or Oyo. They do not accept the low price offered by the platforms, instead they will ask you to pay Rs 1500/day for 2 persons. I had confirmed booking for this property through the Agoda app. But they refused to honor the booking, instead they insisted that I cancel the booking and get a refund. Very poor experience.

Worst experience, Oyo app is fraud please don't use Oyo app to book rooms. Here the situation first Oyo ask us to pay their platform fee first then at hotel they will ask 3 times the price which is shown in app but Oyo service will not care of all these things

Yesterday on Google booked in Oyo for morning check-in. But when I went to the hotel in the morning, the owner asked almost triple the amount. He was not even concerned that I had booked his place despite having two stars. He did not even bother about me that i am standing in the middle of the road as booked customer. A very bad experience. Still a big concern in our society about the guarantee of the booking system by these hospitality services and not getting a booked room. The place in also very dirty and having lot of mosquitoes flying around you.

Dont book this hotel ever, worst management. I've booked through OYO app and payed amount. After reaching there they didnt accept my check-in, demanding more than twice the money paid, wasted 3hours of my time, owner is such a rude person. doesn't even listen and keeps arguing without understanding and no support. NEVER I SAY NEVER BOOK THROUGH APP AND GO, instead reach there and ask if you are okay with amount.

Booked in Agoda for late early morning check-in for 3 members including me and was unable to get their contact to let them know prior, so had to rely on Oyo which I Informed them and added as a special request. But when we went to the hotel in the early morning, the owner threw us out by saying no rooms were there. He was not even concerned that we had booked his place despite having two stars. Now after seeing his attitude, I would say it deserves 2 stars and because of his behaviour, I would give it 1 star from my end as a customer. He did not even bother about the three of us that we are standing in the middle of the road as booked and paid customers. A very bad experience and I am waiting for a refund from Agoda which is still not guaranteed. Still a big concern in our society about the guarantee of the booking system by these hospitality services and not getting a booked room even after paying.
