Hotel O Jayam Residency

I recently booked the non AC room one day 513 in Oyo for one day stay but when I visited the room in person they said the room is 800 per day. Pay this amount or else no room.Why is this variation? This is how you list in Oyo in cheap rates and increase the price when we visit the room in person? Next the rooms were untidy. The bed sheet was not changed it had semen stains. Bathroom had pigeons nest. Pigeon poop smell.No mosquito net so swarm of mosquito was there in the room. Felt like a prostitution centre. Not fit for hygienic people and decent family.

The price shown on booking is different from the price told by the receptionist!! This is pure cheating !! Trying to lure customers online through with a lower price and forcing them to pay higher price at the hotel (if they have no choice). Do not book this hotel!! They are only trying to take money !! One star is alot .

I have booked the room through OYO for 3 days and when I went there, they asked me extra 1300 Rs and didn't allow me to check in. They are saying that OYO is not working there. Through OYO, I have booked AC room and by providing the extra money also they didn't provide AC ROOM. I am not at all satisfied. Please don't go here. You will get cheated

I booked a room in Oyo and it showed me Rs 646 in the app. When asked after visiting in person, he asked for 1000 for the room. I said it shows less in the app. He said that there was no such thing on Saturday and Sunday. It is not 24 hours and they say that the check-out should be done in the evening. Please inquire and then book.

Hello guys, please don't book the room here We are book AC room hear, and night electrical power cut we are demanding to start the generator for electrical power they gave the reason DESIEL is empty in the generator machine and very rude behaviour of the staff, we stay 2 member but they gave only one blanket, too much mosquitos are in the room not provided the anti mosquito coil totally waste of money to staying here, no clean, no housekeeping services, we carry our heavy laguages to 2nd floor, we ask for Tea they told no room service,

Cheating...never book this hotel at all..if you booked by Oyo..your money is lost.. receptionist always says rooms are booked and they don't know anything about Oyo bookings and all..they registered in Oyo and they don't take through Oyo when they have local people..me and my friends lost 5000 rupees already with Oyo..we complainted already..don't take it at all.. receptionist is a liar

I am being generous here and giving 1 star as there is no other option. This is a fraud establishment. They have not listed their number in google and when we call to the number it goes to OYO booking. When booked through Oyo with full payment and valid booking ID the manager says rooms are not available when we reached there even after informing we will be checking in late. The manager was very rude and local and used abusive languages and says he doesn't care about OYO booking. Then why the hell you are listed on OYO. Big fraudsters. Never go to this hotel. I was stranded at night with my family with nowhere to go and the frauds did not even care. Be alert of these scamsters.

Worst hotel, manager is a big rowdy he threatens the guest telling we need to pay excess or he will manhandle us.. He is the main drawback in the hotel tried to scold and hit me, scolds in bad language thinking we don't understand tamil, authority first remove this person, I simply gave excess money because he threatened me no other option
