Hotel O J2 Service Appartment

I booked a room online, but when I arrived in person, they told me that non-AC rooms were not available. However, there was a billboard in front of the property stating, "Non-AC & AC Rooms Available." They also said that for AC rooms, I had to pay double the amount I had paid online. With no other option, I had to choose an AC room. After 12 hours, the AC stopped working, and they claimed it had just been serviced. After some talking, they finally gave me another room, where I was able to sleep peacefully until the next morning.

The guy who was not even the manager but just a working staff.. tried to scam me each and every time by asking for extra money and not providing rooms if i refuse to pay extra money.

Situated in peacful place. Highly recommended to stay if we want to commute near Shollinganallur, Navalur, Siruseri.

There is no option negative or zero star. I gave one star, if we book from oyo, they charge extra amount, no hot water, we bath in cold water no greyser also, full of mosquito 2 bhk house.

In oyo app they shows at low price with tv and ac but while comes directly they collect huge but not worth for it . No Tv and Ac available for that money ambiance also not too good .

The hotel was good. The staff was also friendly, but the only thing is the smoking smell, it might be from the surrounding rooms , but our overall stay was good
