Hotel O INN12 Tambaram

I had a terrible experience with this hotel, despite not even staying there. I booked it through MakeMyTrip, but I had to cancel my plans due to the extremely rude behavior of the receptionist. The listing mentioned that car parking was available, which was one of the key reasons I chose this hotel. However, upon arrival, I was informed that parking was not allowed, which is false advertising. To make matters worse, neither the hotel nor MakeMyTrip is providing a refund. I've called MakeMyTrip customer care eight times, but there has been no resolution or proper response. This is one of the worst customer support experiences I've ever had. I feel cheated and disappointed by both the hotel and MakeMyTrip. I hope this serves as a warning to other travelers.

Don't booked this hotel at any cost. After booking they will asked extra money then he will do check-in. I booked from make my trip. When I reached hotel. First things he told u have to extra 400 then I will do check-in. When i called makemytrip, he is denied to cancel, he is telling to wait 15 minutes, their team will contact. At the end i have to pay. Humble request don't book the hotel.

Very Worst.In Tambaram Railway Station cab facility is not available. Asking about the hotel no one knows about the hotel. My booking charges is full of waste. I am not recommended this hotel anymore.

I recently stayed at OYO INN12 in Tambaram and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. The location is convenient, with easy access to local shops and transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Worst experience. Absolutely cheating. Hotel staff has refused to give me room at Oyo charges which I already paid in advance to Oyo. Hotel staff demanded to to pay extra amount , even after I spoke to Oyo customer care. Oyo customer executive also gave up and asked me to claim for refund. I was already in urgency to checkin and as soon as possible to leave for my work. And surprisingly, without resolving the matter Oyo customer care executive was asking to claim for refund. Its Radiculous... How can i get alternative hotel on spot??? Finally i was forced to accept for higher tariff and took room under my compulsion in view of my urgency. I strongly BLAME OYO company, Oyo caused me inconvenience. And Oyo customer care staff is most inefficient in resolving the issue with hotel staff. I had very bad experience with OYO and i am disappointed. I don't recommend this hotel.

Worst Hotel. These guys are fraud. They'll charge you extra money taking advantage of the situation. Rooms are not even worth 500 Rs. But they'll ask for 1500 Rs.. Feels like a lodge not a hotel. No water, no toiletries, nothing will be provided. Even ACs are so small that u'll feel like its a guest house not a hotel. Chor hain sab bas.. Oyo should delist them.

I booked for 1400 online but the receptionist asked for extra cash or Rs 200 per room.they simply said that the online tariff is not updated and hence we asked for extra cash. The room was clean but the service and all not up to the mark.they didn't provide enough water.

Beautiful stay! Hotel inn12 is perfect place to stay in tambaram. The room was very pleasant. It was cozy and clean. I will definitely check into hotel inn12 again. The price performance ratio is very good.
