Worst. Please avoid. Without clearing they spray perfume and you can imagine the smell with a mix of filthy and fragrance...Yakk!!

Never book through OYO or other sites It shown 900 and I paid 300 through OYO online the left is needed to pay at the reception but when I reached their they just increased price to 1300 literally I have no way to do or to pay the rest 1000 rupees instead of 600. Most of the positive reviews are fake all chennai oyo are same. Booking price is different and when you reach there they'll ask more price you'll left with nothing to do there. Pls plan accordingly worst experience with chennai and OYO and Make my trip all are same.

Found bedbugs in bed. Please be careful. Towels and bedsheets are smelly. Hot water issue. Didn't feel safe. Not a family friendly place as well. On top of it hotel people are very rude and commanding and obviously demands more money for room even after booking. Please make sure to call them once and verify once regarding the price. But I suggest you to reconsider your decision of taking the room.

1.First and the fore most things this hotel operate at the different name, so difficult to search when you near by there since its small street in streets 2.Dont book from MMT as you will not get any support from customer care to reach hotel reception to find locations. 3.Not well maintained very worst cleaning service, all the bed sheets and pillow cover were very dirty. 4.Rude staff 5.Definetly not good hotel to stay for couples 6.Shower was not working you have to use bucket only for bathing 7.Soapy surface in the entire room even after cleaning 8.Dont get fooled by the name Infosys, thats where I made a mistake. 9.Fungus on pillows, did not used the pillows for 2 days of my stay.

After confirmed booking they gave the room to someone else even though I was there ahead of checkin time. A friend also faced the same issue and had to run around trying to find another hotel

Please don't book this place. The manager and staff are rude, pathetic and greedy. My story: Booked a room when visiting Chennai first time. Landed at 8:30 PM in Night it was raining heavily. But was convinced that I had already booked room. I called the room to check the address and suddenly was shocked they had already given the room to someone else and started asking extra amount if we want to stay in there. Since I had no choice I went in but room was so dirty, felt like a bus stand. checked in the morning. Had to pay 2600 rupees for the room which I booked for 810 rupees from 8PM in Night to 9 AM in morning .... (I forgot about stories on mosquitos, cockroaches, lizards - felt like a zoo) pathetic never believe their word. they take advantage of people condition.

Location is very peaceful and lovely. Hot water is not available.Breakfast complimentary but you have to confirm prior booking, taste just okey.Room service is good. And one other good thing is they allow outside food.the food served is good and has a good WiFi connection. Has friendly staff.Must go if you are a north indian and visiting South India. You'll get North Indian food to eat.Pleasant stay at budget cost. Clean rooms, Great service from staff and workers.

We had booked the hotel for 3 days and had to checkout in one day because of the poor standards at the hotel. The AC was not working in any of the rooms. We changed 3 rooms in around 20minutes and the last room was a little better than the other two. The linens were also very dirty and is not being changed after use. There was hair and dust on the linens which surely showed that it was already used by someone. The location is also not very close to the main road. U have to go around 600m inside from main road and is not much surrounded by shops and other amenities. There is no manager or supervisor at the site. There are only few room boys who cannot give you proper assistance. Overall it was a very unpleasant stay and i donot recommend it to anyone. Try a better place if u want ur stay to be a good one. And yeah you cannot book this place without prior payment which means u will have to go after the oyo people begging for ur own money after cancellation.
