Hotel O Grand Residency Ambattur

We booked 2 rooms by 9 pm and they asked to check out the next morning at 11 am. They asked for a 1500 rs ac room and non AC 1200 rs. But the room and neatness were worse. Bed and bathroom are unclean. Bed bugs bitted all night.

I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this place at all. I booked a room through MakeMyTrip for 650, but upon arrival, I was told that no rooms were available. When I questioned how rooms were still showing as available on the app, they suddenly agreed to provide one--but only if I paid an additional 900. They claimed that 650 was just an advance, and the final price would be whatever they demanded upon arrival. To make matters worse, the room was in awful condition--filled with a bad odor, no ventilation, and a non-functional AC. Overall, it was the worst experience I've ever had.

Worst experience ever. Booked a room and got confirmation through booking.com. Go all the way and reach the place and they tell me no rooms are available. On top of that, the guy in the reception had the audacity to say rooms can only be provided on a first come-first serve basis. What is the purpose of booking then, specifying the time of arrival, and also receiving a confirmation from the property? Such a disgrace to booking.com and OYO. The guy at the reception was so rude on top of everything... Will never ever book in this place or recommend to anyone.

Very poor response. Booked via booking.com for rs.661/-. But these people demanded double the amount upon arrival. Very rude behaviour. On top of that very poor and dirty rooms. THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I EVER HAD WITH ANY HOTEL IN MY LIFETIME. Please avoid this place with all cost. This is an honest review btw.

I paid 1100but the room quality is worst , they don't even clean before giving room , pillowa and bae cover full of dirty, if ask something they will not give immediately I asked for towel and bedsheet 3times after that only they gave , and oneore things if you book by online they will ask extra monty or they won't allow you to stay there

for a company like make my trip to endorse such places is not expected. This is the worst place to stay for a family. The geyser was not working, the rooms were not clean, the restroom was in a bad state. This is not expected when you book a stay through the name MAKE MY TRIP. the photos mentioned on the app is totally different than the reality. Wouldn't be interested to even rate 1 star but I wanted to make sure nobody books this place hence giving it a 1 star.

Bad service, dirty rooms , geyser not working if you book online they will charge extra after going there

The floors were wet and sticky. Plenty of space but no furniture other than the bed.
