BETTER TO STAY ROADSIDE THAN TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Very ill behaved staff, worst hotel, cheating the guests and asking more money than online booking amount, disagreed to provide bill after stay . Harassing the guests in between. Used abusive languages when asked for bill.

Worst hotel,I have ever seen,this was the last time to use oyo app for hotel booking, I never use oyo app for booking, because in app the amount is only 817 rs so I call to oyo customer care for booking,I ask for hotel manager number but they don't provide,they say that your booking is confirmed,hotel don't charge extra money,when we reach to hotel,the staff who was present at that time,they say that we can't provide room at this amount,when I call to oyo customer care they say if you call to customer care we can't give you room,they behave very badly talking like a illetrate person, because we are getting late at that time so we can't do anything,they provide that room in 3000 per day,when we ask for payment bill they say when our owner come then we provide payment bill, during checkout time again when we ask for payment bill they say they will not provide, fighting with us, talking very rudely.their service is very bad,their banket was dirty,no cleaning in their washroom,floosh was not working,ac was not working...

I HAD BOOKED ROOM FROM OYO , BOOKING CONFIRMED,STAFF DENIED TO CHECKIN AND NOT ALOWED ME INSIDE, DEMAND EXTRA DOUBLE MONEY FOR ROOM,STAFF NOT ACCEPTED OYO BOOKING PRICE, STAFF ASK FOR MORE MONEY , I TRY TO CALL OYO BUT STAFF RUDELY SAID IF CALL OYO I DONT ALLOW YOU WITH RUDE VOICE,I ASKEN HIS BOSS NUMBER STAFF DENIED TO GIVE HIS BOSS PHONE NUMBER,COUPLE OF TIMES I CALL OYO CUSTOMER CARE ,PROBLEM NOT SOLVED ,WAITED FOR MORE THAN 1.1/2 HOURS ,OYO CUSTOMER CARE SAID THE OWNER IS NOT RESPONDING , said simply.TOTAL BAD EXPERIENCE, TIME IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN MONEY ,PLS DONT BOOK THIS RESIDENCY DIRECT OR FROM OYO BOTH PLAYED SAFE GAME

Let me share my honest feedback. 1. The maintenance of the rooms is severely lacking. 2. The air conditioning unit is in a very poor state and lacks a remote control. 3. The bed spreads and pillows are in extremely poor condition. 4. There is a basic necessity missing - a fixed mirror. Please attend to these issues promptly. It appears that more attention is given to receiving payments rather than maintaining the quality of the facilities. 5. I stayed hardly for not more than 3 hours and I was asked to pay Rs.1250. Very Expensive with poor facilities

We booked a room via Oyo app and got a confirmation for the same. On arrival the owners refused to let us take the room for the booked price stating "That is not the price we rent at, you'll have to pay twice as more" This was at 1am in the morning, and we were forced to search for another accomodation at that hour. Appalling service and absolutely unruly! Stay away for this place.

The hotel should ensure that their booking platform accurately reflects room availability to avoid inconvenience to guests. 2. **Location and Parking:** The hotel is situated in a very narrow street with no parking available. This lack of parking facilities can be challenging for guests, especially those traveling by car. The hotel should provide clear instructions on alternative parking options nearby or consider offering valet services if feasible. 3. **Communication Issues:** Despite attempting to contact the property manager before i arrival, unable to reach them. This lack of communication and responsiveness from the hotel staff is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their customer service standards. The hotel should prioritize answering calls promptly and ensuring that guests can reach staff members when needed. 4. **Waiting Time:** I had to wait for nearly one hour at the property, only to find out that there were no available rooms. Waiting for such a long time without any resolution adds to the frustration of the guest experience. The hotel should strive to minimize waiting times and efficiently handle situations where rooms are not available as booked. 5. **Overall Experience:** my overall experience was extremely negative, as i wasted time and effort traveling to the hotel, only to be met with disappointment and lack of accommodation. Such experiences can significantly impact a guest's perception of the hotel and deter them from returning in the future or recommending it to others. To improve guest satisfaction and prevent similar incidents from occurring, the hotel should address issues related to room availability, communication responsiveness, and guest waiting times. Additionally, they should prioritize providing accurate information to guests and offering solutions promptly when problems arise.

You need to be careful with OYO: There are tons of scams out there! Review: OYO is a master of deception and fraud, both the company and the hotels it represents. Don't waste your time or money with them. The result will be disaster. Do not pay advances to OYO; you will regret it. Keep a close eye on this scam-ridden company. Note: This is not a family to stay, purely a bachelor boy and other activities. A final point you need to know is that booking and what's up messages are not sufficient. You need to call OYO Hotel and get confirmation, then only your room will be booked, otherwise you will be surprised that you have booked the room. If you call OYO Hotel, their mobile number will be out of service. Honest review don't book in OYO room Customer call is fraud........... Don't waste time and money

The worst service I have ever seen in my life. I booked through OYO and made payment online... and when i reached the hotel, they said there is no room available. I need to change the hotel. After a long time argument with OYO, finally they shifted me to another one. When i was waiting there, there was another customer calling on phone with the same issue. When i checked site, their booking was still open. When they dont want to provide service, then why they are keeping bookings open and collecting payment. A BIG FRAUD IS GOING THERE. PLS DONT EVER WASTE YOU TIME AN ENERGY BY BOOKING HERE
