Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs... I had the worst hotel stay ever, booked through OYO. Once you pay and check in, they force you to give them a 5-star rating on the OYO app, which is completely unethical. The reality is far from the ratings you see on their platform. The room was filthy, with dirty pillows, covers, and bedsheets. There was no room service, no amenities, and no proper maintenance. When I complained, the staff outright ignored me and didn't bother to resolve any issues. It's clear they are manipulating their app reviews, so don't trust them! Staying here was a nightmare, and I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. 1/5 stars - Only because zero isn't an option.
