Hotel O Eswar Guest House

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional, overcharging for rooms while falsely listing the hotel on OYO just for visibility. Despite being advertised on OYO, they refuse to honor OYO bookings. When we extended our stay through OYO, the owner became aggressive, shouted at us, and even tried to attack us. They forced us to leave in the middle of the night, which was completely unacceptable. Even OYO itself faced difficulties in dealing with the owner, as our concerns were valid and the hotel was indeed overcharging us. While the rooms are decent, the overall experience was awful. I strongly advise against staying here.

!! WARNING: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! !! I had the worst experience ever at O Eswar Guest House. I booked my stay through the OYO website at 4 PM and paid the full amount online. However, when I arrived at 12 AM, exhausted from my journey, the staff refused to honor my booking and demanded extra money, claiming my reserved room was unavailable. I was left stranded in the middle of the night, helpless and frustrated. With no other choice, I was forced to pay extra just to get a room. This was nothing short of a scam. The nightmare didn't end there: No basic amenities - Not even drinking water was provided. No proper billing - They refused to give me a receipt for my stay. Unethical and unprofessional behavior - They are openly cheating customers. I have traveled all over India, but I have never encountered such a terrible hotel. This place is a fraudulent money trap, exploiting guests, especially those arriving late at night. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more honest and reliable place.

I came from Bangalore to Chennai for an official meeting and stayed here for past 5 days. Overall the stay was perfect. Since the building was new the rooms will give like an home to everyone. The front desk person Mr Muniyasamy was very friendly and co operative and friendly person.

Decent stay. Very affordable. Make sure you carry your own water. There is a nearby tiffin centre run by a Muslim girl it's fantastic.

1st day 2 room booked for 4 members in MMT cost was nearly 1100. Next day extended one room for 2 members in MMT for 555 but they informed me cancel the room in MMT and told me to pay 1100 directly. AC was there but no fans in both the room don't know about remaining rooms.

Good stay nd budget friendly but please provide some basic needs like drinking water bath towel ...etc

I been with my wife and 2 year old baby. I booked through make my trip and paid full amount. But they told all the rooms got booked for marriage function. What is this ?
