Hotel Mount Heera

The way we were treated when we tried to inquire about the details of the hotel and stanza was terrible. None of the staff, whether non-working (such as the watchman/guard and receptionist) or working (GMs and managers), responded properly. Instead of resolving the issue, they escalated the situation by raising their voices and they made me feel as though they were going to hit me.The non-working staff didn't even show basic respect to customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. It was the worst experience ever. This is not even a safe place for women particularly.

Worst experience with the guard, does he even know to respect people and woman in general? And something is really wrong with the management, the way they treat customers or anyone who pays a visit to the hotel? Just wow. They have 0 knowledge on how to treat people. Would honestly say never visit this place even for a sake for inquiry. You'll end up getting pissed. Worst service. Worst management. Worst customer response. Worst for family and woman. Would suggest the management goes back and learn some manners in general.

The rooms are pretty old. Moldy. It's a old building as well. Stinky bathrooms with zero maintenance. No phones to connect with reception. No proper response when asked too. Not able to breath inside the rooms. We had to open windows. Very pricey, We could book at better hotels for this range. Not recommending.

Dear all, I am now 49 years old male. I have visited many countries. This hotel " one of the worst hotel never stayed before. Rooms very bad smell. Bed sheets never replaced Pillow cover dirty Water pipe broken 4 hours now water Water filled in bucket with whomps . My bad luck.

Went for a function in their banquet hall in the first floor. 1. The lift had a capacity of 5 or 6 members but they (hotel people) are allowing only 2 person in the lift. There were at least 150 guests & you can guess how big the queue is & how long it takes to move between floors. Most of them were elderly people who cannot use stairs. Pathetic - 0 star for service. 2. The dining area was in ground floor (after having food you will not feel going up floor to hall due to the lift issue) & for a capacity of 60 to 75 (or may be more) there was only 1 washbasin. It is unbelievable. Only 1 washbasin that too in a crooked corner. Worst Idea - 0 star for service. Anyone booking here, please keep these 2 points in mind it really bothers the guests.

The party hall and dining area was ok but the hand wash area is not good only one member can wash. And the cost also high they are waiting to put more charges. Totally dissatisfied.

Rubbish property. Very Rude, arrogant and attempting to physically abusive hotel manager. Having rules and mind of his own.... these ratings seem to have been purchased or given by hotel employees and not genuine.... this property deserves 1 star.

This is a nice place, with close access to both St Thomas Mt EMU railway station as well as de metro station. Airport is jus 25 mins away...
