Hotel Mars

Rooms were not upto the mark.. bugs in bed.. rats also there.. Room service is poor.. Complimentary breakfast : taste is good but not served hot.

Good side are The hotel have good rooms, the AC works fine, all lights are good entrance is good it's clean enough The airport is just 5 minutes drive They provide drop till airport for free if you have flight Bad side They give complementary breakfast but it's not worthy, services are very bad I ordered for 3 cups of tea but even after waiting for 2 hours i didn't get the tea also in between I asked what happened to the order I gave they said it will come but even after waiting for 2 hrs I did get the tea The telephone didn't work in my room so I had to walk again and again In my openion you'll get better deals at the same price And if you are a budget traveller then I think you should check for some other hotels also

We have booked few rooms but there was no hot water in any of the rooms. ACs were not working properly and making too much sound. Poor ventilation. Staff are useless. There was no potable water made available in rooms. No tooth paste & brush, floormat, intercom. there excuses are funny as intercom was not working due to rain outside :(. totally useless hotel and i do not think no one will come again to stay. cleanness is pathetic. Commode was leaking, taps are coming with hand. Totally waste of money. Importantly not seen any fire hydrant and only keep few cylinder. Recommend not to book this hotel.

don't book this hotel. very rude behavier. very bad smell coming from all sides in the room. very worst hotel in the world. rude and merciless staff. don't book at any reason. you can stay on the road instead of staying here

Worst hotel experience ever , over rated price , staff are only polite till you pay for yoir room and after that they treat you very badly , i ordered ac room but it was full of mosquitoes couldn't sleep well at night , very unhygienic bathroom and bed , please avoid this hotel as much as possible

My humble request..pls don't choose this pallavaram hotel... recently our team went to this hotel & paid and booked 3ACrooms..after some hours in all rooms found lot of "Bedbugs" ( in tamil mootai poochies)..And informed to them , they alloted other room which is also had same problem..lot of disappointment...but from hotel incharge has no proper reply & argued with us & not accepting their mistakes.. becas they have got money why should they worry..pain is for us only.. They have not given their manager number or any of their head's number to us for reporting... In my experience it's very very poor maintenance in rooms & also proper room service also..rooms also not in near...Money minded Hotel....

Me and my friend stay there to rest 12 hours before our connecting flight. We booked a AC room but the AC is not working. Ask them twice in the morning but not fixed and we slept because of tiredness. In the evening again we complain and they try to change the room but only beofre two hours. They agree the room is not comfortable but they did not refund our money to cover their fault. Do not take this hotel to rest because you will get more physically and mentally tired after atay their. Or if you already booked, fight to get facilities for what you paid.

The place is not worth of money, which we spend for room and the service they provide to us. Even the wash room is not clean and air conditioning(A C) not working properly. The food is horrible.
