Hotel Mars Classic

One of the worst services I have experienced. Breakfast, complimentary, was cancelled at the last minute due to insufficient bookings. I stayed in room 212 where termites were present in the bathroom; such a worst atmosphere. Kindly avoid staying at this hotel.

Good hotel, very close to Chennai airport. Decent rooms and good customer service. Nothing to complain about. Had a chat with the owner, decent guy and gave us a discount as well. Gave us good recommendations for restaurants and general tourist places to visit in and around the city.

Rooms are good. But due some work there is no breakfast facility available. Staff behaviour is very good. But the main thing is there is no staff available for the room service.

Stayed here for two days in mars classic hotel Had a very pleasant stay.. The hotel was neat and tidy with very courteous staffs they were prompt and responding incase we needed help . Rooms were very comfortable either I would highly recommend this hotel!!!

Stayed in Hotel Mars Classic for 3 nights as my flight was cancelled. We were given a quad room where my family of 5 were staying after getting an extra mattress. Room was clean but the toilet was good. But there was no soap, toiletries present. For a room of Rs5600 per night, the basic facilities were missing. No water bottles, no fridge to keep your food stuffs cool. They kept a kettle in the room but since there was no water and milk, I could not make aby tea or coffee. Hope the managment takes heed from this feedback and make changes in the future. Also, there was nothing called ROOM SERVICE present in this hotel. Hotel Mars management please sort these issues out as soon as possible so that the customers can enjoy their stay in your hotel.

Room space was good. The maintenance was poor. While taking bath the water won't drain fast, after pouring 2 mugs of water, you have to wait 3 to 5 minutes for the water to drain otherwise the water will stagnate in whole bath room. The same case for basin also. The false ceiling was not there. There is no intercom also in room. For the fare they charge there is no complimentary breakfast, even they have their own restaurant in ground floor
