Hotel Lotels Serviced Apartment

Couple of things they can improve.. Firstly, No lift it was not working and we got room in 3rd floor, They charged for early check-in also they not allowed us to keep baggage. Room service is not there, no phones in room, everytime we have to come down to reception and inform. No water cans in 3rd floor which is a basic need in summer.informed couple times but no action from their end. Rooms are not clean.at least no one comes in and checked it before we checked in. I'm sure that,the guyz don't know how to treat customers. First time , bad experience with OYO rooms.

The worst ever accomodation I ever stayed so far. I booked 3 rooms for all my family guests stay. The rooms are so bad odours, very outdated appliances. In fact most of the air conditioners are few decades old which does not ha e remote amd flaps, we have been told to use the direct circuit breakers to turn off & on. The single lone lift for the entire building can accomodate just 3 people. It worked for few hours and the lift was broken since for remaining 2 days. The rooms are very unclean, the toilet seats were so dirty, unable to use it all. As far I raised this concern to the reception, they responded that a new team has taken over the building for the past one year, but they seem promoting this accomodation in online platforms with IT wing style top notch reviews. In reality it is the worst place. Please avoid.

Worst ever service, I received in any hotel . Smelly wash room . Guys at the reception only know to say Yes . I stayed for 3days. I got one bottle of water , 0 towels . After asking for multiple times , I lost hope and ordered necessary things through Swiggy instamart..

I would have given 0 start if I could. They don't maintain the rooms after the guests checkout. I got a used room with just making the bed and the rest everything was dirty. I asked to change the rooms and all the 5 rooms I tried changing had either a leak or foul smell. Pathetic hotel to stay at

Non suggestive place to stay . No service at all. No water heater, all the in occupied rooms were in usage by the service persons.not clean floors.intially we have planned to stay for two days here. But unfortunately we ended up vacating within 8 hrs .

Run away from this place. Worst hotel i ever been in india. Receptionnist is so rude, Room are so dirty( from the wall to the floor to the bed ) No hot water available People are smashing doors all over the place from 7 in the morning This place is disgusting. Juste never come here

The room was so unclean Oyo,make my trip,map images are very old that's why ppl make bookings here Go and check directly or choose another property Max price :500 will be given for the room
