Hotel La Castle

It's a good hotel. Complimentary breakfast is really good. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Sometimes the AC in the rooms can be too high or too low. Just ensure you get the right room with correct AC. Also since the hotel is very close to the main road ensure you select a room away from the main road or else the noise can be disturbing. I had stayed for 3 nights and would recommend this to anybody looking for a good stay near CMBT Koyambedu.

Though our stay here was short, we truly enjoyed it and felt well rested. The rooms are clean. Breakfast and snacks were really amazing. Staff is friendly, and they will inform you if anything is charged prior to making an order so that we don't see an unexpected amount in our bills. Overall, it was a great experience.

Rooms are neat and good. But receptionist is bad, the way of his communication before taking room and after is very strange. They said snacks is complementary bus they asked us to pay amount at end. That too the taste of the tea was horrible.

Please never make an attempt to book this hotel for corporate booking. Irresponsible behaviour from the staff. No prompt response Least bothered to respond.

Well maintained ,neat ,clean ,friendly staff. If you lost your valuable things no worry they will keep safe and return to you . I had good stay at the hotel

I stayed at this hotel for a week during a business trip. It was very easy to reach, and I always found a spot to park my car. I booked the hotel on Agoda for Rs. 2500, which included complementary breakfast for a single person. However, when I inquired at the hotel, they mentioned that I could book directly for Rs. 2250 per person. Pros: 1. Friendly staff at the reception and in the service area. 2. The complimentary breakfast is good and the buffet is tasty. 3. Ample parking areas around the hotel. 4. Snacks are provided at 4 pm every day. 5. Newspapers are available in the lift and can be picked up daily. Cons: 1. The hotel is in an old building, so the flooring and toilets are not clean enough. 2. The corners of the parking lots are filled with unpicked garbage and can be smelly. 3. The sheets provided contained stains and were not perfectly clean.

Though rooms are not so spacious they do solve our purpose. Prime location and nice ambience. Perfect for business trip
