Worst hospitality. Receptionist doesn't know how to speak with the guests. He's arguing and doesn't respect the guests.

Such a worst an pathetic hotel..They first give confirmation for booking tn on check in day tey say booking is not confirmed and rooms are not available since customer dint check out..worst behaviour by reception guy.

If you are looking for budget hotel near to Chennai airport then Hotel KEK GRAND Park is the best option. It's just 3 km away from Chennai airport. Rooms are very neat and clean. Very well maintained too. Washroom is also neat and clean. If talk about the services, it's too good. Receptionist is very caring, cooperative and helpful. Other staff members are also very much obedient and supportive. They serve Tea coffee and some selected foods throughout the night so if you are coming late at night from the airport, you will surely get good food. Seating and waiting area near reception as well as at every floor also proves that they care. Only minus point is the locality or surrounding area of the hotel is little bit dirty or crowded but Chennai airport is in the city unlike other cities so we must ignore this little point. Parking the car is also small issue but we shouldn't worry about because hotelier take care and park the vehicle very safely. So I prefer to give 5 stars to hotel KEK Grand Park considering my personal experience for staying one night.

I heard many bad reviews about this hotel before but I still took a risk and booked it, but the overall experience was really good. The behavior of the stuff was good. I liked their Breakfast but the lunch and dinner menu can be improved. One thing I didn't like is they charge INR 300/ hour if you want to check out late ( Their check out time is 11:30 AM)

What an absolute dump of a hotel worst experience of my life couldn't have possibly stayed in this poor excuse for what they call a hotel. No electricity in time it took to put my bag in the room power went off 4 times with temperature reaching over 40 degrees the room was sweltering it would have been impossible to sleep in this sauna of a room. I managed to find a beautiful hotel with ducted aircon and with consistent power and a restaurant amazing friendly staff for a few dollars more . The arrogant rude staff refused to refund $100 dollars to me even though I was there for 30 minutes . People do yourself a favour do not entertain the idea of staying in this hovel of a so called hotel which it is not . They will rip you off for sure and ruin any thought of a holiday that you may have. So dishonest to not refund my money to me it really proved what scammers they were be very carefull travellers.
