HOTEL I- WAY RESIDENCY

Very good staff. Rooms are also neat and clean. The location of this hotel is a plus point as it's located near the main road so no hassle of searching hotels in dark alleys lol. Overall it was a nice stay.

OK. Not worth enough for the money. Selected Deluxe Room, charged around INR1904 / night for 2 persons, but the rooms are very small and compact . A room that accommodates only a bed, a small wardrobe. And there was a compact toilet. Price should have been only 1500 or less. Booking, check in and checkout processes were smooth.

Today 06/04/2025 time morning 9:50am to 10:30am ,iam visiting directly, one hindi guy attended, iam asked how much for normal booking for family he told 1904 something around 2000 that guy don't know tamil language only hindi, also english don't know, after manager(I think that guy name iries someone)caming and be say rent of book charges is double like 3900+ tax almost 4000 thousand above iam very mentally hurting and hungry. That guy manager iris also loud speaking & not discipline speak, he treats poor and also hurt speaking.

Hi As discussed, earlier room allocated had ventilator not sealed as it causes lights falls I our bedroom and difficultly getting sleep at night.

I stayed for a week. Employees behaviour so good. Especially sehkar always ready to pick calls at reception

When i made a booking through Bookings.com just for myself alone, they didn't mention any condition like no rooms were permitted for locals, the guy over the reception is so rude stating no rooms for chennai and chengalpattu people, not even a sorry from him. Stupidity at its peak, never suggest any one from my end to this hotel, instead you can opt for JN residency which so very near to that and prices were much cheaper.

Great location, responsive room service, impeccably clean and comfortable room, fast check out and smooth check-in. It was an excellent stay. The interior is tastefully done and the amenities provided were mineral water bottles, shampoos, soaps, tooth brushes, tooth pastes, mini fridge, cupboard, dressing area, a tiny seating arrangement, water boiler, geyser, 24*7 power back-up, Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast. Yes! The list of the amenities are too long and to top it all, their fantastic service and hospitality made our stay delightful.

Great place to stay. Just beside WTC. Also great staff.
