Hotel Half Moon

I booked on EaseMyTrip. They told deluxe room with queen size bed for 2,300 with complimentary breakfast. None was fulfilled.

They support early check in , they are friendly and helpful, call them in advance. Rooms are average, not that clean, blankets are not washed properly, but ok for the price. AC, heater, TV was working well . Water is bit salty as it's near to sea. The place is near to the main road which is advantage.

Location is good, center of city limits, walkable distance for many food joints, walkable distance to us consulate, rooms are really clean

I stayed alone for a short length of time. It appeared impressive from the outside, but when I stepped inside, I realised it was half the size of the Sekaran Hotel.The bed is rough with no spring mattress. The bathroom is really small, with no ventilation and ancient ac.The person at reception is friendly.No sunlight.

Stayed with family fir a short period that too after staying for so long with their rival sea shell park. I moved in here cos my family is coming. It looked wow from the outside but only when i went in i can see the size is half the size smaller than sea shell park and costly no value for money. The bed is hard no spring matress The bathroom is so dam small with no ventilation Wifi hardly works and hindi speaking staff cant communicate. The person at the reception is pleasant but too money minded every time keeps asking for daily paymemt unlike sea shell they didnt trouble me till check out. And worst is no 24 hrs check in n out its 12 hrs. No sunlight view No food and even online order delov3ry not allowed to room we ve to come and pick. Its more clean than sea shell terms of maintaining but comfort sea shell park tops. Its family friendly and kids too Bachelors can ve fun Annoying auto drivers tied up keep annoying to use their services n charge heavy. Its a good place but overall i would recommend sea shell park over this cos it's value for money .

Its good hotel around 1700. near to main road. Polite staff. receptionists are good. Room service is also good. Quality of bed,linen blanket to be improved. torn ,stain cloths ,rust pipe fitting,old fade tiles need to be improved. 24hrs hot water ,TV,AC is available

I have this star rating to tell that during the Chennai flood, people who lost their homes got rooms here as per the tariff. As we see during tough times vendors try to loot money example this happens mostly in milk packets and vegetables and try to see bigger profits. This hotel understood the people situation and didn't exploited in any ways. Hats off

Rooms are okay but they don't provide options for food.
