However, I'd like to bring to your attention a recurring concern regarding air conditioning. On multiple occasions, I've noticed that the AC in the rooms is not cooling efficiently. While the team has been responsive in offering room changes, I believe a long-term solution would enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, I've also felt that the cooling in the lobby could be improved to make it more comfortable. While sales and targets are crucial, guest experience plays an equally important role in long-term success. Regarding the reception staff, I've seen some reviews about a particular female staff member being perceived as rude. However, from my personal experience, she has always been professional and efficient during my check-ins and check-outs. I do feel that if she isn't smiling at times, it may simply mean something is off that day, rather than a reflection of her attitude. If she happens to read this, I just want to say she's doing a great job, and I'd love to see a smile on her face! Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Halez recently, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, providing the perfect balance of comfort and elegance. The attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the well-stocked amenities, made my stay incredibly relaxing. The location is another big plus. It was convenient and made exploring the area effortless. Overall, Hotel Halez offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. The ambience was amazing and solomon was a great help while the whole checkout process. We stayed here for 2days one night . The food is great and the rooms are nice clean all the amenities were neatly maintained overall it was a really good two day stay with family.

- Spacious non-smoking rooms in the entire property, one of the only properties to have a swimming pool at this price range. We paid ~3k per night, with a few discount coupons, in the last week of December. - Staff could be more professional when addressing customers and might come across as rude sometimes. - They were very accommodating about a slight delay in the stated check-out time and let us keep the luggage with them for the day once we checked out in the afternoon. - The amenities are also well maintained. We played pool at a standard sized table in the lobby.

I'm very surprised with positive reviews here. This place is awful. Everything is stained and dirty. We got an extremely smelly room with huge stain on the sofa. Upon request they switched it for a room with loud noise from outside and just a bit less stained carpet. It's really ran down and the only part that meets the western standards in unfortunately the price. Language barrier all over. I didn't even dare to check on the pool or "spa"... Food was decent (except a gross salad drowned in cheap mayo) but restaurant arctic cold and with sharp white lights, and service took endlessly long. Plus: polite restaurant staff, helpful porter, hot shower. Period. To be avoided.

Definitely will recommend anyone to stay over here. It's a budget friendly place. And the rooms are top notch.|Stayed here for 2 Nights and the experience was completely amazing. Would highly recommend. Food and bar services are also pocket friendly.

The room and hotel ambience is very good and well maintained. Hospitality and management is top class..Mr.Aravind Front Desk is very good in handling the guest. Complimentary breakfast is exceptional and swimming pool is well cleaned and gym little bit smaller
