Hotel Gokulam Park

We rented the conference room for a half day work event. The staff were courteous, the hall was clean and well maintained. All technical aspects were in place. The place has opened after renovation and hence the building and the surroundings are new and clean. The food was tasty and served on time. Value for money. Special thanks to Ms. Swetha and Mr.Ganapathy.

The hotel is located in prime area near to metro station and public transportation is available. The quality of room is very good and clean and comfortable. Room service is good and must recommend for business and family stay. Seamless check-in and check-out even it's online booking. Good place to stay again. Standard and quality rooms, rooms are spacious.

Wonderful experience, reception staff is energetic, friendly and attentive very much. Hk night staff is also good in manner.. I like the property also.. next time I will again come also.. near to metro station and shopping malls as well.....

After more than a year, around 18 of our colleagues decided to meet over lunch. Gokulam Park, being located centrally, was our unanimous choice. The ambience was good and the service was great!|We ordered a South Indian Thalli Meals each and enjoyed the food. A good spread of gravies, vegetables, sweets and papad was awesome.

I recently had a pleasure of staying at Gokulam park hotel.My stay was made even more memorable Mrs Swetha was incredibly supportive and helpful through out my stay , ensure that all my needs were met and exceeding my expectations. First time when I visited I have stayed here for an week on official trip, rooms are good and staff behaviour was also good. Noted: But never order or eat mutton biryani from this hotel restaurant! First time seeing an biryani quantity and 04 pieces of mutton and had an great feeling.. once after started eating, got to know that I ordered the worst biryani of my life till date! Smell felt like biryani got damaged (may be old). Only +ve was gravy was good.

I travel to India often and stay at Gokulam Park Chennai all the time. I found this hotel very conducive and centrally located. I would like especially indicate Mrs Swetha who is in charge as assistant manager for her responsiveness and attending to any requirements. I would certainly be coming back to this hotel in future too.
