Clean Rooms. Great Location right next to the US consulate in case you are travelling for a visa. The staff here are very polite and helpful. The breakfast here was good. Azhar (I hope I am not naming the guy wrong)the person at reception helped me with the consulate and VAC timings get cabs. Over all I had a hassle free journey. Just a suggestion, please fix the hot water in the bathroom.

It's a decent and fair place to stay for them who are coming to visit Apollo Hospitals in Chennai. We have an AC room at ground floor @2500/- only. Rent is decent. The main hospital is just 3 kms away from this place, You'll get Auto service for rs. 50/- to take you there. The hotel is quiet, it is clean and offers decent service. Although it offers very simple complementary breakfast (idly or puri, & coffee), it has no restaurant to offer lunch or dinner. You have to get it from outside.
Most convenient location for heading to US Consulate. The distance is hardly 200 mtrs. One should not expect for very decent rooms and food. The staff over there will very nicely guide you for your US visa interviews.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Our one-night stay was a complete nightmare. The room was utterly unacceptable. The air conditioning was non-functional, providing no cooling whatsoever. When we contacted the receptionist, his dismissive response was that "this is how it is" and that we should have called earlier - as if we were supposed to spend the entire night repeatedly calling about the faulty AC. To add insult to injury, the bedspread was stained, creating an unsanitary and deeply unpleasant environment. We were a party that included a woman, and felt unsafe leaving the hotel in the middle of the night, which meant we were trapped in this awful situation. The next morning, we attempted to negotiate a fair price, given the appalling conditions. The receptionist's initial offer to "decrease the amount" turned out to be a hollow promise; we were ultimately forced to pay the full agreed-upon price, regardless of the terrible service and substandard room. This hotel clearly has no regard for guest comfort or satisfaction. The combination of a broken AC, stained linens, and a completely unhelpful staff made for an utterly miserable experience. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. You will regret staying here.
This hotel is near the US Consulate. If you don't have much luggage you can walk to the hotel from Thousand Lights metro station. The Thousand Lights shia mosque is nearby. This is one of the most convenient location for the US consulate. Take the subway to cross Anna Salai, turn right and you will ne at the consulate in under 5 minutes! Nice clean place with all the basic amenities. Nothing fancy but you basically chose this for the location! The manager - I think his name was Asgar - was helpful. One even suggested a good non vegetarian restaurant nearby - Heaven's - that serves Indian and Lebanese food. A complimentary breakfast was promised but there was nothing ready at 8am. Has heated discussion with the manager who in turn had heated discussion with the staff (Mohammad Ali Hussain) . The result? I just got 2 idlis and a small coffee. They did not even provide cups/bowls for sambar & chutney. That was a disappointing start for the day. Bathroom was functional, air conditioning was reasonably good. Strangely they provide just a kettle for hot water but no coffee, milk and sugar sachets. I found it bizarre. Overall a good place.
The place has location going for it since it's right next to a subway that directly takes you to the US consulate queue. The room was clean and looked good however, ventilation and bathroom have scope for improvement. A fairly basic no frills place for a short visit
I would like to appreciate the manager Mr. Asger who is super helpful and very supportive in every aspect . It is prime location near to US embassy and few km away from the biometric/dropbox location. Room is super comfortable. I would recommend to every US Visa aspirants to stay on this hotel and seek the advise from hotel manager not only for appointment related queries also for personal travel plan.
Overpriced, Unhygienic, and Poorly Maintained The only positive about this property is its proximity to the US Consulate. Beyond that, the experience is extremely disappointing. The hotel is very old, poorly maintained, and does not match the photos online. The rooms smell bad, the bedsheets are unclean, and there is no provision for hot water for drinking or bathing. I had to take a bath in cold water during the monsoon as the staff claimed the geyser was not working. Basic amenities are lacking, and the washrooms are dark and unclean. The "breakfast" is limited to outsourced idli and tea. For the high charges, this hotel is a complete waste of money. Avoid staying here
