This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. The air conditioner in the room was not working, and shockingly, the staff failed to inform us about this issue before check-in. Expecting guests to stay in Chennai's extreme heat without a functioning AC is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of responsibility and basic customer service. It was not just uncomfortable--it was exhausting and frustrating. We had trusted this place for a decent stay, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. Adding to the point the floor where not cleaned properly.

If you ask me what hospitality is, this is a place which will hands down beat many, many places. To call the experience from reception to check out as pleasant would be an understatement. Everyone makes it very smooth and all the people are well intended to make your stay really comfortable. I came for a short trip and they made it an absolutely happy experience. I needed a late check out which was happily obliged. Those at the reception walked an extra mile so to say in arranging transport for me to my bus pick up point. For a budget stay you get your usual routine with clean stay and a decent restaurant. Kudos and a heartfelt thanks to each of you! Keep up your good work!!

Great hotel service and very helpful staff. Room was decent and spacious for family. There is some noise from road, nearby dogs and trucks through the night. Overall a great value for our visit!

The service was excellent the room are very spacious all the essential amenities were provided during our stay. The food served was delicious. Thank you team to make us feel comfortable.

Had a good stay at hcp. Polite staff. The family room was adequate for our needs-3 adults, 2 kids. Rooms were clean. Basics including got water, dental kits were available without having to ask around for them. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was nice. Special shout out to Mr rafiq at the restaurant for his hospitality.

Amazing experience! Booked around 10 rooms in a very short notice and luckily they were able to accommodate. Right from day 1 until checkout the service , staff, food was extraordinary! The hotel has its own restaurant where you can go and have some delicious food for lunch and dinner (Breakfast is provided complementary and is very good). The people at the desk, Afser and restaurant manager all of them made sure that we throughly enjoy and took extra care of all our guest. Above and beyond our expectation. Highly recommended!!

I had the pleasure of staying at Comfort Park Hotel in near Porur poonamallie arcot road Chennai, for the past two days, and I must say, the experience was outstanding! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The food was delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The location is also convenient, making it easy to access key areas of the city. A special mention to the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction are truly commendable. I highly recommend Comfort Park Hotel to anyone visiting Chennai.
