1. Essential items ordered via Zepto were not delivered to the room. 2. Staff behavior was impolite and unaccommodating. 3. Guest comfort and convenience were clearly neglected. 4. Customer care officer failed to understand the issue. 5. Manager's unavailability hindered resolution of concerns. 6. Lack of basic amenities, such as room slippers, highlighted subpar facilities. The overall experience at Hotel Le Palace Chennai was profoundly disappointing. The refusal to deliver essential items, coupled with rude behavior from the staff and a clear disregard for guest comfort, reflects poor service standards. Additionally, the inability of the customer care officer to address concerns, unavailability of the manager, and absence of basic facilities like room slippers, further tarnish the hotel's reputation. It is strongly recommended to avoid booking your stay at this establishment.

Unprofessional and Poorly Maintained Extremely disappointed with my stay at Hotel Le Palace. The rooms were not clean or tidy -- dust on surfaces, stained linens, and an overall lack of hygiene. For a place that claims to offer comfort, the basic standards of cleanliness were completely missing. To make things worse, they had no proper mechanism to provide a soft copy of the bill. In today's digital age, that's just unacceptable. The whole experience felt unprofessional and frustrating. Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.

The worst service I have ever had. We were perspiring and kept the AC temperature at 19 degrees Celsius. The maintenance man arrived after we requested the service, checked, and then departed. Since there was no fan in the rooms and it was hot throughout the night, this hotel's service is truly deserving of a zero. Only the dining area (to freeze the food) and reception (to greet guests) have air conditioning.

The food is mass produced, and buffets dumped at the long table. Don't expect quality because dishes are pre cooked and laid out in batches. Both the buffet dinner and breakfast were entirely forgettable meals. The room I was booked in was a decent sized room, but I was greeted by the presence of a cockroach at the side table. Upon complaining, the staff promptly brought an insect repellent to spray in the room.

I had a disappointing experience with the pool management staff. They were quite harsh and spoke in an unprofessional, disrespectful manner. It's important for staff to maintain courteous behavior, especially in customer-facing roles. I hope the management takes steps to improve staff conduct.

Rooms were good and spacious- may be because our rooms got upgraded to deluxe suite although the booking was for deluxe standard rooms. Ordered room service for dinner- the service was extremely slow. Location is very good and you will get many shops in the vicinity. The breakfast buffet was however not upto the mark. Overall an Okiesh place to stay for a day or two.

Good quality of food and Unique South Indian breakfast available. Staff also very punctual and supportive.

Wow simply wow. Me and my team stayed for 7 days in the property and my god it was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Chennai, lovely hospitality and everyone in the hotel is really really warming.
