Hotel Chennai Deluxe

I recently stayed at Chennai Deluxe, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options for breakfast and dinner. Special thanks to the housekeeping team for maintaining such high cleanliness standards. Very kind. My girlfriend and I were exhausted by travel and looking for a coffee shop that didn't exist. They took us in, manned the restaurant for us, and let us stay until our bus. I can't speak for the lodging, but the restaurant is very good and affordable, and the staff were generous and accommodating.

Worst experience ever dilux room, no hot water, AC didn't work, food quality not good. Break fast was cold and looks like taken from outside thirdparty and kept . Not value for money what we spend. Honestly not suggested hotel.

The staff here are very kind. I would like to stay here again when I'm in Chennai. Food was great, catered to our needs. I'm touched by their hospitality.

Room service at their best, spacious rooms at reasonable rates , good complimentary breakfast,bar facility is available in same campus

Many more steps are there without hand rails, which is hardship to the customers. Party hall is good, neat and tidy. Food is good and tasty. Since we used valet Car parking, we had waiting for some time when let out.

Not a good experience. Ac wasn't working. Cigarette smell. Cockroach in washrooms. Won't recommend for family. When complained, next day solution was promised but what about tonight was the issue. Anyways had to change the room middle of the night.
