Poor hygiene, Hotel full of cigarettes Smokes , simply waste of money

Please don't go for this. The receptionist is very old person. And didn't respond properly. First when I got inside he was over the phone. He ask me to wait. I was standing and suddenly my friend arrives he jus waved his hands like there is no room. Then he commit one roo. For me only and the way he speaks is very unprofessional so I didn't book the room. You also please check the way he responding to you

Rooms are average but located at prime location near to airport, masjid and it has 24 hour running restaurant. Very helpful for airport goers.

Had a one night stay in Chennai before flying off to the next destination. Wanted a location close to the airport and so found Pallavaram. Took the local bus from the railway station to Pallavaram and walked around and out of the few guest houses found Bue Nile more approachable, cleaner and it was the better one between the 2 that had rooms available. ||||I will put it in a medium budget category. They have room service. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure to help us out with a tuk-tuk as most of the taxi drivers cancelled or refused to take us anywhere due to the heavy rain. The staff managed to get us a tuk-tuk at a decent price.||||The food was good but you also have options to eat out at some family restaurants in the area.||||The room was spacious and clean with clean sheets and pillows. Hope they are able to maintain it.

Was confused about cancellation as I had gone through many negative reviews. But, the stay is satisfactory. Cheap & Best with airport access. Staff behaviour is good. Food is delicious. Need to improve more. Overall I am ok with the stay.

The pictures shown online in Oyo app is completely different from the actual. So, felt cheated. There is also a bar attached to the hotel. The bathroom infrastructure was quite old. Felt the price is on the higher side and the surrounding area is not that good. Positives are very courteous staff, the vegetarian dishes I tried were good and close to the airport.

I have received good welcome and good room service... rooms are very clean and neat... also the food , drinks are good... especially the panneer butter masala is very nice

Most horrible Hotel I have ever stepped in my entire life. I stayed there for 3 days and was sick with dust in the room. Cleanliness is a big zero and the receptionist cannot even speak a word in English. The food was next to garbage. You have to pay for each and everything you pick. Worst part they will wake you up even in the late night to tell your checkout time. The rents are way above the roof compared to what you get there.
