Hotel Blu Ivy

Trusting the 3 star rating, we booked an AC room for 6 th May evening. We had to pay the full amount at the reception. But soon we found the AC didn't work. Couldn't ask for a change of room as others had open electrical boards. Bedside table was dirty . The key insert switch was hanging loose. No intercom. Bathroom had water dripping near washbasin. No room service. Couldn't get a coffee even as the hotel was under staffed. Ours was a short stay . But horrible experience. High pricing but no quality.

Very nice room stay then staff are good and calm value for money

The worst experience ever. Even local lodge is better than this garbage of a hotel. They did not have an extra pillow. When we bought the pillow, they stole the pillow and when they returned the pillow, they wantedly put it in trash and returned it. I booked six room for my family and paid 55,000 for 4 days and got service for only 5,000. The rooms were smelly, the bedsheets were not washed. Found pass-pass packets, cigarettes packets and alcohol bottle when I checked in one room. Another room, the AC was leaking completely and there was water everywhere. All the rooms were smelling of cigarettes. If possible avoid this shift hole of an hotel.

Very worst experience no proper maintenance in rooms, waste of money. Rooms are dirty and smell, bathrooms in worst condition. If there is raining in this hotel area , rain water will enter in your room.

Very nice hotel stay and clean rooms value for money

Worst hotel I ever stayed in my life No lift, No room boy to carry luggage to upstairs, No intercom to connect reception, you can't find even a kettle in room for hot drinking water, no room service for even Tea / Coffee No fans in room. AC not worked in the room initially alloted to me. Cleaning & Hygiene is very poor. Pathetic seive

Don't even consider booking here. They called us at last minute and told us room isn't available. They gave some downgraded room is some apartment which is very bad.

Rooms are good for a one day stay. No room service available. Location is well connected to all places in Chennai
