Hotel Benzz Park

A Room with Drilling and Hammering noise, change of room declined on the guise that the repairs were of emergency and Will stop by evening, continuing all three days, stretched through evenings. Restaurant only for breakfast and otherwise its only room service. You don't get what you choose from menu, but get only what they have Regret my choice

When I travelled Chennai last week, I fund this great hotel for the stay. Restaurant foods were so delicious and the staffs are so cooperative, smiling face and excellent service. I highly recommended this hotel for others and Definitely will stay again. Thank you Dato Mani sir for recommending this awesome property.

"Not worth the 5000 budget. The night was full of mosquitoes. There was some noise from the centralized air conditioner, making it difficult to sleep. The main door was not locking properly. Complimentary items included only one water bottle and one soap for a two-room stay. Toothbrush kits were not provided at all, and when we requested them from room service, they gave only one piece. A terrible experience."

The service is worst. Rooms are good, but the room service is worst and also the restaurant service is very poor. Ordered food and is very late and also at morning complementary breakfast ordered extra foood and till the last moment they did not provide it and they said the restaurant is closed. Rooms also they are doing renovation and can't sleep peacefully, so requested them to change a different room. The front office person was also rude, as if he behaves that we are staying for free of cost. I don't know the owner or manager is seeing this or they are leaving as it is. Overall a worst experience for the given money

We visited to bar . They enjoyed a lot. Good service and atmosphere. They work for customer satisfaction.

It's a great hotel with good facilities and helpful staff

Horrible Experience! They were constantly banging and working which gave us a headache! When called the receptionist, He kept telling 5mins the works will stop ! The hotel repair works went on for 30mins!

Not good... please see for other hotels if you want peace...
