This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The rooms are absolutely filthy, with cockroaches crawling everywhere. One even BIT my father--yes, you read that right! The place is infested with insects, and the staff couldn't care less. No matter how many times we complained, they did NOTHING. To make things worse, mosquitoes were everywhere, and one bit a family member. Staying here felt more like a survival challenge than a hotel experience. If you value your health and hygiene, STAY FAR AWAY from this horrible place!

Good rooms, Excellent service, Staff accommodative, in particular Mr Vijay was really helpful. Safe for women folk. Overall a pleasant experience.

The front desk service was dishonest. I initially booked 10 rooms (4 Deluxe, 4 Classic, and 2 Executive) but later cancelled 5 of them (2 Deluxe, 2 Classic, and 1 Executive). During checkout, they charged me for 3 Executive rooms, claiming they had upgraded some guests to Executive rooms without my consent. I fail to understand how they could charge me for 3 Executive rooms when I had only booked one. The room quality was mediocre, with visible dust, yet they charged me an additional 2000 for the unauthorized room upgrades. Since this was for a wedding function and I wanted to avoid any confrontation, I reluctantly paid the extra charges despite knowing I was being overcharged.

Neat ac rooms , got room at soke discount price stayed for 1 week . Have 24 hours hot water , they privide 1 litre water bottle , have breakfast as option. Only problem is about tv channels. Limited channels not found hindi entertainment channels.

Avoid this place. We were fooled by the (false / paid) reviews and photos. We had booked an executive room with extra bed for around 8 hours for our transit to the airport. Why one should avoid this place at any cost ? 1. We were not given towels and were given the excuse that the laundry is on leave, forcing us to go without a shower for a 15+ hours flight. 2. We thought we could atleast make do with a face wash only to find that the wash basin gave only hot water. 3. No dust bin in the room and the lethargic room boys did not have answer to our requests. 3. The location is next to a TASMAC Bar and we saw a drunkard lying literally on the road next to the hotel. The only saving grace is the A2B restaurant next door.

I had a very bad experience at Aruna's hotel, so please don't be fooled by any customers.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Arunaa. The hospitality was excellent, and I appreciated the security measures in place. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy for travelers. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities. Will return for sure
