Hotel Arjun Inn , Room booking

I don't know what is up with the reviews being so low. It is a average hotel to stay in. For 3500rs we got rooms for 5 peope, car parking not plenty but it was free. A good enough room and the toilets do need a little work. But mostly good. If you expect a lot you are not going get it. They had a lift and water heater on the rooms. AC was working fine. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. And the front desk was friendly. They didn't have UPI though. Just not that.

This hotel stay is though located near metro it is very old and rusty everywhere. Not basic hygiene maintained.

This hotel is a few steps away from Ekkatuthangal Metro station. The rooms were ok. They offer a 24 hour stay from check-in time. The bathroom was spacious but did not have a shower. The metro announcements are clearly audible from the bathroom. Had hot water. The mirror was not clean. We had requested for an extra bed since we were a group of 3, and had paid an extra 300 for it (total 1800) but never got it. When we asked, they blamed us for not reminding them and never returned the money we paid for the extra bed They ask for payment in cash and do not accept cards or UPI.

As a regular visitor to Chennai and a regular customer for Arjun Inn for last 2 years, I can vouch for them any day anytime. For me it's easy for commuting as there is connectivity by metro at your door step to Airport, Koyambedu stand, Central station almost everywhere. It's a great value for money hotel and Good service by their staffs. K7 sir and Siva are always very helpful for hassle free checkin and checkout.

They won't allow early check in. In case if we want, they asked us to pay an additional amount which is half of our room booking rate. Room is not good and clean. Eg : 1. There is no outside lock for the bathroom. 2. Last customer used ash trays with cigarate ashes are there which is not cleaned. 3. Floor mat is not cleaned full of dust. And, the management is focusing only on business but not try to satisfy the customer's expectations. Overall, it's a very worst experience with Arjun Inn.

Don't expect more than A room and AC. They don't even understand what online Booking is. Front reception run by two retired people, very tough to communicate with them.

One of the worst service waste of money and the receptionist also not a responsible person also roomboy that Hindi person also worst behaviour I don't take room in that Arjun inn in my lifetime Pls avoid this hotel friends. This hotel workers very irresponsible persons so management takes this complaint And the Hindi wala don't have sense he came and also open the doors and come inside very very worst behaviour and performance I hate this hotel
