I stayed here on last 5 night... Very good hospitality and room's are very neat and clean... Hot water and AC 24hrs available in this lodge... staffs and Manager very kind and helping mind...i highly recommend.. come and stay here peaceful... thank you Alsha Inn team and Management

I had a fully paid and confirmed booking at Hotel Alsha Inn through a reputed booking portal, yet upon arrival at 3 AM, I was shocked to find my booking suddenly canceled without any prior notice. The hotel staff showed zero accountability and left me stranded in the middle of the night with no assistance or alternative arrangement. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic ethics is unacceptable. Travelers rely on confirmed bookings, especially at odd hours, and canceling without reason or warning is disgraceful. If you value reliability and customer service, avoid this place at all costs!

It's a budget friendly Inn located in the vicinity of Tambaram Railway station. The rooms & toilets were clean and all basic amenities were provided. The staffs are polite and friendly. Overall, I had a good experience.
