Hotel AKMG Towers - Chennai

We checked in around 6:30am.. and checked out at 6pm that same day because of the train that afternoon. They charged 1800rs. for non-ac double bedded room with complimentary breakfast for two persons. But they give toiletries for only one person.. one toothbrush is there ..and also we ordered two cups of tea. But they gave only one cup.How could we both drink from only one cup? Very poor service.. I give two stars for breakfast and a rooftop view(only positive things). The food tasted good.. Variety of items available in breakfast. But I didn't go the second time. and I also do not recommend it..

I checked into the hotel early in the morning and opted for an AC room, which was clean. After settling in, I headed for the complimentary buffet breakfast--it has a wide variety of options. For lunch, I had steamed rice and chicken curry, which was just okay. The hospitality was excellent, and the room service was top-notch. Clean rooms, great service--definitely recommended!

Located very near the railway station. And one of the best hotels in this area. The services provided were really good. Rooms are also clean. We got breakfast as complimentary. The terrace view is nice. But no good restaurants are near this area.

We booked for 3 but no extra bed was provided. We had to squeeze in a bed for 2. Water is not served for free which is a basic necessity in all hotels. The room itself is small and very expensive. Breakfast was okayish. Reception people should behave properly in front of customers. They were fuming and showing faces for whatever reason infront of customers. Not at all pleasant.

This is the best hotel I can say if you're staying in central chennai for train to and from as well coz it's just opp 10 mins distance from it and the rooms are well maintained.rooms Won't feel compact in size. We took room with Breakfast & it is also very good Here . Definitely recommend to stay here if you're on any work and need metro and railway station infront.

Near Central railway station. Rooms are clean and neat. Bathroom Towel having hard. It should be smooth. Towel laundry quality should be improved. I am not able to Take morning breakfast to catch the morning train. Hotel Good. Outside looks should be improved. If the rain outside looks dirty. Hotel team sign board to be added for better reach and hotel booking will be improved further.
