The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable with luxurious bedding. Spacious room with plenty of space to relax. Loved the modern decor and stylish design. Amazing views from the balcony overlooking the city. The bathroom was well-appointed with quality toiletries. Quiet room, perfect for a good night's sleep. Staff were very attentive and accommodating with our requests.

The worst experience of my life. No cooperation with customer. No taste in the food. Charged extra 30% for 1 hour of extension. Will not recommend anyone to make a stay for 1 minutes also. They do not provide any of the toiletries in the room as mentioned in the card. This place is not for family. Due to business trip I was out for the whole day. And it seems like they provide rooms for hourly basis also, as I seen last night few couples make entry.

We stayed for two nights and loved the experience. The reception staff was kind and accepted our request for an early check-in without any second-thought. The food from the cafe and Gujraj restaurant was excellent. Cons: The rooms weren't soundproof, so noise from the corridor was disturbing. The water was salty, and one day it was very hot with no cold water available for a few minutes. The flush also occasionally didn't work well. Despite these issues, we'd consider staying again for the hospitality and food!
