Booked for our farewell party at Hotel agt park. Good ambience nd good staff. Very much observed by their work. Never believe we could able to conduct our farewell party like a grand festival.All their food items were good according to our taste. Especially we inspired by their ideas nd thought which made us to make our day. Only by them we could able to achieve our farewell party since it's gonna be our memories forever. One last thanks for Hotel AGT.Especially thanks to the office staff nd our beloved Jothi maam .

The attitude of the management team towards regular customers has noticeably changed, becoming increasingly rude and authoritative. While growth in business is essential, maintaining a respectful and customer-friendly approach is equally important. I encourage you to adopt a more polite and accommodating demeanor, rather than imposing rigid rules on customers. A positive customer experience will ultimately contribute to your long-term success.

I recently visited this hotel and unfortunately lost my gold bracelet during my visit. I immediately informed the staff and requested them to check the CCTV footage. They reviewed the footage from the first and second floors. The next day, they simply told me they couldn't find anything. After a week of no updates or resolution, I left a 1-star review. The hotel then contacted me, asking me to remove the review, claiming they would check the ground floor parking. However, when I followed up, they revealed that there is no CCTV coverage in the basement parking area. This lack of proper security measures and the poor handling of the situation is unacceptable. Guests expect their belongings to be safe, and the absence of CCTV in key areas like the parking lot is highly disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values security and accountability.

Recently booked this hotel for our baby shower function and I should say that we are extremely happy about their services and the support. Manager Joythi was supportive and all the staffs were polite and humble. They are budget friendly and the ambiance is elite. Food taste was good and I recommend to book this place for any family events.

A good experience with our group of student who went for the South India Tour and stayed at AGT Park. Clean rooms with all basic amenities running properly. 1 of the lift was not working on the first day which they got repaired. Food was good and with many varieties.

We booked their hall for my son First holy communion function. The hall was provided in a clean and well maintained condition. The service provided for the hall and dining room were excellent. The employees were very courteous and professional. The buffet lunch service provided was too good. The owners were very courteous and fulfilled all our requests. All our friends and relatives were very happy and satisfied. They provided ample car parking though the hotel is located on the hotspot of porur. We did our engagement in AGT park and the service was really great .special mention to jyothi .she was really co operative and followed up from the day we booked till then engagement was over. She proactively did many things. Food was really good and everyone appreciated it. Would recommend if you are considering it for your big day.

Good hotel with neat and clean room and bathrooms. Front desk is responsive. Cons: entry into hotel is a big ramp going up, so it may be difficult for elderly to walk up. The pillow provided was very hard and uncomfortable, better softer pillows could be used. Overall for the price, it is a good option.
