The hotel is clean and neat, loft facility is there. Hotel restaurant food is quite costly. Dont ever hire the auto people near by that hotel, which is triple the amount. The auto man charged 400 for going to washermanpet. While returning, a random auto mam charged 150. in rapito its only 110,120 only. If we book rapito also that auto group not allowing them to pick us, that much politics they are doing. The rapito anna told me to walk and come 100meter front bcoz they ll should as rapito stealing their clients n they cannot gain triple the amount.

The rooms were spacious and the washrooms were clean. The service provided was also upto the mark. But the cleanliness of the room can be improved. Also some plugpoints were non-functional. The location of the hotel is okay. If you are looking for an affordable and a comfortable stay near the railway station then you can consider staying here.

Nice and comfortable room at reasonable price We surfed on internet for a lond time to see for good stay options. Most rated low for cleaning and bathroom. But this hotel is worth the price..The dealing with customers needed to be improved.

Once you enter a hotel, u expect the receptionist to receive you well, but instead the receptionist was rude, vague, not helpful at all, he was acting as if it troubled him that we came. Apart from that the rooms are good, clean. No toiletries, no towels, no kettle, nothing.

Very bad hotel ,first they agree on a price and say pay later but when we try to check out they will increase the price ,not just 50 or 100 something like 400 or 500 .

The location is not good. No proper parking & pickup points for the cab. House Keeping staff are very bad. They throw keys to the guests & they forcefully ask for money.

I had a very short stay for some 3 to 5 hours. During this period I felt room was very neat comfortable. Staff behavior was decent. It is located near central so easy access to the main city. Ola and Uber cost from central Railway station to this room is low. Overall I had very satisfied stay.
