The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a perfect stay. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. The restaurant offered a delicious variety of dishes, with excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. One of the highlights was the stunning rooftop terrace, which featured a beautifully designed bar--ideal for relaxing with a drink while enjoying breathtaking views. Every aspect of my stay was carefully managed, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place!

My room was always kept to an impeccable standard. My housekeeper Gokul was unlike any I've had. My room looked like a display home every single day. Thank you Gokul!. The rest of the hotel is stunning but not close to many restaurants. Great place for a work trip

Have happened to sayed here twice in last one year - first in September 2024 on a family trip, then again in January 2025 for a medical conference (SIFAM 2025). Thus, I'm in a position for evaluate this good hotel from the two perspective - as a business traveller as well as one on a pleasure trip.||Lobby and reception: excellent ambience, |Front desk: Efficient |Rooms: Good coordinated decor, with good room size. Neat and tidy.|Buffet breakfast: Good choice and ambience. |Room service: No complaints whatsoever. |Conference Hall: Well maintained with good quality chandeliers ||Overall, a good choice of stay.|The metro flyover on the road in front of the hotel does appear as a eyesore, but that's what it is.

I stayed at the Hilton for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic - a wide selection, fresh ingredients, and great coffee. The location is another big plus - very close to the metro, which made getting around the city super convenient. The service was outstanding - I especially want to mention John, who was always helpful and friendly, as well as the manager who warmly recommended we try the dosas at breakfast - they were delicious and definitely worth it! I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is safe and what one expects of Hilton's consistency. My room was excellently cared for by Vijay for 3 days. The international staff was well-trained, highly accommodating. The breakfast staff remembered what I wanted to order from the day before and asked if I wanted that for breakfast again. I recommend staying here.

We visited Hilton for a team dinner and had a fantastic experience! The ambiance was elegant and welcoming, perfect for a team outing. The food was delicious with a great variety, and everything was well presented. A special thanks to Yogi and Tarun from the staff--they were incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly for our group. Their service really stood out and added a personal touch to the evening. Highly recommend Hilton for group gatherings or team dinners. Great food, excellent service, and a memorable experience overall!

Had a great stay at Hilton Chennai with my entire family. Malik from front desk was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond for our every need and want. Totally recommend Hilton. And cheers to Malik. Great guy!!!|Food and drinks are to die for. Amazing spread at breakfast.

The experience was exceptional. It was our anniversary and first time trying out staycation at hilton. Sabana guided us about the city so well that even we could plan a nice evening out , followed by a surprise cake in the room. Definitely will return soon. |great hospitable people including housekeeping team.
