The Rudest Receptionist initially denied saying Hotel is full and speak to customer care. Fortunately while speaking to Customer Care, a couple vacated the room and it was allocated to me. Flush was not working (Was fixed later), Duvet was torn and AC was broken. Towel was very dirty. So much light coming from window which disturbed the sleep. No Brush and Paste was offered even though it is mentioned as Toiletries included. Worst Experience.

Rude behaviour by the front office assistant. Whole management teams are un-ethical. You can't expect any respect and if you are a self respected person. Don't ever consider this hotel.

Very safe and secure for privacy

Location : POOR The apartment is behind Infosys sholingannallur Chennai i.e. from the road point you must to walk for 1.6 Km. Only white board Busses stop at Infosys when travelling towards SIPCOT. In return from SIPCOT busses won't stop at Infosys you must depend on share auto to reach, Bus stops either in sholingannallur or puni-amman koil which increase walking distance to 2.5 Kms to reach the apartment. Please do remember to not hire an auto or try some high range bus when you're coming from tiruvanmayur both will stop you at sholingannallur, In my case I'm carrying two heavy bags for 1.5 week stay and walked 2kms to reach. Service : POOR I booked a hotel via Oyo and paid full money in advance i.e. before checkin. On reaching the hotel after walking for 2kms the owner denied my stay stating that I got a room at a very low price, Anyhow Oyo helped here offering another hotel or if I wish to stay in the same hotel with reimbursement of extra money. So I opted for the same room with extra money and got reimbursement at the end. During my stay it was raining in Chennai - Hotel use solar water heater means I didn't get hot water for 3 days, after shouting at the reception I got a heater coil for the 4th day. You have to buy water bottles in the hotel because there are no shops nearby. Room Cleaning will be done once in 5 days with all these i would say service is poor. Room : average In Photos it looks awesome, but it's a normal but decent room for stay. All 12 extra amenities mentioned in Oyo are not available say heater, dryer, etc may you might get them by shouting/asking at the reception

I booked the stay for 2 nights through Agoda and whole payment is made while booking.I started from my hometown on first day night and reached Chennai on day 2 early morning. The contact number of the property is not given in any of the booking APP or Google.. Therefore sent a message(5 times in 3 days) through the booking APP to property about my checkin date and time, there was no reply from property. Finally when I reached hotel they are saying the room is allocated to some other person,because I didn't arrived at pervious day, And no rooms are available for me. How can they say like this after charging the full amount from me?? The property owner is saying they didn't received my message and they don't have my contact number as well. I see lot of comments about this place saying this place is not fit for families. But my suggestion is, this is not fit for anyone.. Big cheaters simply trying to loot money by saying stories. Please ANYONE DON'T BOOK THIS PROPERTY.. THEY CAN GO UPTO ANY EXTENT FOR LOOTING FROM OTHERS...STAY WAY..

Families please stay away! I mentioned many times that family is going to stay and asked them will that be good. They said they will take care. But people in my family got totally frustrated with full cigarettes smokes and people nearby consuming liquor with open doors. Bathrooms were all stinky and they didn't stay for more than 2 hours.

The location is decent but is very difficult to find if you don't know the way already. The rooms are nice but the manager is really bad and dosen't accomodate anu requests. The food is also of a single type and you generally cannot order things and will only get a set meal. They have good service people but manager dosen't allow them to serve propely. Overall rated bad because of manager's bheaviour.

Worst lofar lafut service. Kindly never visit this hotel. They always try to lure you for extra money. Manager is arrogant ba****** . Worst hotel I have ever seen
